Murphys Diggins Mobile Home Pk

A great senior 55+ park. Unusual street names are funny, the statue at the entrance makes you hope the old gold miner is really holding gold and makes you hopeful you may fine some! This park is so clean, surrounded with greenery and the people are all likeminded and so friendly. The pool is wonderful in the summer and the prices are manageable. I haven’t met the management myself so I can’t tell you what it would be like as a resident. I know several people whom live in the park and they love where they reside. Males and females alike have said great things about this safe and lovely park in Murphys, Ca.

Have driven through Murphys Diggins several times to show friends from the bay area. It is an adult community and very clean with wide open streets, gentle hills slope up towards the back of the property. Friend of ours just bought a place here and will be moving in soon.

The clubhouse is beautiful and recently remodeled. The swimming pool and spa area are being remodeled right now.

Love love love Murphys and Murphys Diggins is a very lovely mobile home park for Seniors. It exceeds expectations in what you expect a mobile home park to look like with mature trees and gently rolling streets. Located just off Main St and an easy walk to all shops and restaurants.

I work for several people who live in the DIGGINS and I can say that everyone I have met is truly unique and very special. Everyone is friendly and considerate and neighborly! The mobile home park is clean and very attractive with lots of trees and nicely kept yards and streets. There is a community pool and many community events for the residents to enjoy if they want to. There is a gated entrance for security and an extremely helpful and friendly staff available during business hours. The DIGGINS is located in downtown Murphy’s and is walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful residential community. A dear friend of mine lived in the Diggins and every neighbor I met was very friendly and happy to live there. It is always clean, well kept and it feels safe.

Very quiet over 55 year old park, streets very wide and actually people are very pleasant. The guy that said the people are rude was probably a jerk. I'm the Schwan's man for the area and people are wonderful.

We visited long time friends.
Ate buffalo burgers , great fries and we had delicious chocolate cake and ice cream with cherries 🍒 and cherry sauce . yum 😋
