Emily makes absolutely DELICIOUS cakes! I am a wedding planner in the Philly area and I work with Emily often and recommend her to all my couples because her cakes are SO GOOD!!! Not only are her cakes yummy but they are also beautiful! She is so nice and so easy to work with and she creates great flavor combinations with her cake and buttercream options. This bakery is incredible! Every detail I requested of the cake was just right, the exquisite aesthetic I was looking for seemed effortlessly achieved, and it was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and had a light fluffy texture.  I requested a vanilla cake with vanilla icing and blueberry cream. I found the flavors to be well-balanced. The entire ordering process was fun and it was easy to communicate with the staff.  I absolutely love the creativity of this baker and the high quality.  I will be ordering again for sure. There is no doubt this will be my go to place for cakes. I highly recommend Sweet Ginger Cakery!

Emily made the cake for my sister’s bridal shower. It was absolutely amazing! I ordered a vanilla cake with Oreo cookie filling. To this day, I’m still receiving compliments on the cake from family and friends who attended the shower. One of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted!! Highly recommend this shop for all your cake and sweet tooth needs!

Cake and cupcake were delicious! Emily and her team were wonderful to work with. Communication was great! Emily added a cute cat figure to the cake and added rainbow layers on the inside that we revealed during our cake cutting. Guests loved the cake and cupcakes.

We ordered our son’s first birthday cake and it was wonderful. We requested animal theme and they did a great job to exactly match the requirements. Not only was the decoration was upto mark but it was a delicious chocolate cake that everyone enjoyed. I definitely recommend Sweet Ginger Cakery for any occasion and I also would like to keep them in mind for future orders.

My daughter's wedding cake was absolutely amazing! It was beautiful and delicious. The cake was a five-tiered Red Velvet cake which was very impressive. Everyone said how fresh and tasty it was. I recommend your bakery to everyone. Your bakery team was so creative and easy to work with. I ordered that same Red Velvet Cake for the bridal shower. Apparently my daughter was so impressed that she wanted it to celebrate her wedding. I will keep you in mind for any of my events in the future.

Sweet Ginger Cakery made me the most beautiful, delicious 50th Birthday Cake! They copied the picture I gave them exactly, had the cake ready on time, super easy to work with. Emily’s cake is absolutely delicious and has the right balance of icing and moist sponge cake! She made a tiny cartoon me with my favorite game and snacks! Absolutely incredible and would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a custom cake!

Emily makes amazing sweets and cakes. Our favorites are the Tiramisu and the birthday cakes. The kids love the cookie cakes for a different birthday treat. You can't go wrong, everything she makes is delicious!
