Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Kelly could not have been friendlier. She was incredibly helpful and even gave my young boys a demo of the paint manufacturing process. They loved our trip to the paint store!

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with giving us advice to pick the right paint for our house. He made sure we had the right tools, explained the difference in paint types, and even helped carry the paint out to my car. It was a great experience considering I've never had to paint shop before and I feel more prepared. The service was fantastic and the paint quality was nice

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you have painting issues or picking colors. Store is clean and easy to navigate.

Although the paints are expensive, I have always used Sherwin-Williams for my home (inside and out). I have been a customer of SW for over 25 years and have never been disappointed with the products. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable when I need assistance in picking out the correct type of paint. Highly recommend!

I need to go to Sherwin-Williams a couple times per month, and this location has been great. Laura is always very helpful with everything, not just mixing paint, so my visits don't take very long to get what I need. Very happy with SW in Trappe.

We've been in and out several times since purchasing our first home in December. Each employee we come in contact has been a blessing-- Mary Kate knew exactly what the layout of our townhouse was from doing previous consultations in our neighborhood and was able to recommend how dark or light we should go in colors. She gave us a personalized stack of popular gray colors to go through at home. She even let us know that she would be out of town for the week, but gave us contact information for another consultant if we had any questions. Charles was very caring, as well, taking the time to show me how to read the code on each sample card to help coordinate my existing sherwin williams paint colors. Finally, the manager, whose name I forget, gave us recommendations on how much paint we would need for our house. Plus, She's always multitasking to make sure she can help as many people as possible in a timely fashion. Great service from our local Sherwin Williams!

I always find a great selection of oops paint. The guys are helpful and not pushy. I even went in at 6:50... walked out with paint AND brushes and rollers. The Trappe store is the ONLY SW I will shop at because of the great select and super nice people

This is a really great Sherwin Williams Store. Mary Kate was very professional and helpful with my paint order. She recommended brands of rollers to use with the kind of paint I had ordered. My project is DIY and the advice was very good.

When I encountered a problem with the finish of the primer I bought, I called and spoke with Laura. She not only replaced the product with one that would work for me, she also took the time to explain why the first one didn't work out. This will help with any future decisions/purchases I make. Employees Mary Kate, Chris and Alan have always been so accommodating. Most recently regarding a project where I was staining. I went back twice and they adjusted the shade for me until it was perfect!

Frank in the Trappe store is a wealth of knowledge for the weekend painter. He is after you getting the best result out of your project than selling you products that are not needed.
