Jessica is the store manager of this place and on Wednesday my daughter Kira got her ear pierced by her. She gave her a flower earring and a lollipop and she is absolutely in love with her new earring and I can’t thank Jessica enough for being so carful and patient and being so nice that she made my daughters experience so special, thank again Jessica you rock

Associate was good. Got my daughter's ears pierced and out in like 30 minutes. She was the only person working in the store which is outrageous because if she's piercing my daughter's ears and shoppers come in they have to wait. Otherwise it was a good experience. I'd recommend.

My son came to get his ears pierced and Katherine was amazingly patient with him. She answered all of his questions and educated him on the process, materials, and prices.

She sanitized the chair, waited for some time, verified he could be seated, and sanitized all materials prior to beginning the process. Katherine is amazing and her customer service is stellar!

I absolutely love Claire's! They've got everything they have ear cuffs, I got a crown! They have earring they have chokers and even little flower crowns! I got my ears pierced there years ago and at first it bleed if I put earrings too tight but I gave it time and it's all good now :D
