Absolutely awesome service. We had Nate Haghiri come to service our home. He was incredibly thorough with his examination and measurements. Taking into account the amount of space our radiators would need to heat and how large of a combi-boiler we would need. From counting our windows,seeing if they were double paned or not, to measuring the size of each room. I had called 2 other companies to give us a quote and neither went to the extent he did to tell us what we would need. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn't leave us hanging.

For the installation we had the pleasure of working with Dean. He's been in the business for nearly 40 years and definitely knew what he was doing! From bleeding the lines in our radiators to customizing all of the copper piping for the combi-boiler unit. Stellar work and very organized. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing, takes pride in his work, and is not cutting any corners. He also answered all of our questions and left us feeling satisfied with the work he completed. There was no mess left behind either.

Overall we were very happy to have done business with Bayside and working with Nate and Dean! We highly recommend them and the company.

Bayside has been doing services at my house for over 5 years. Honesty is really big factor I can see in this group. They always have someone out same day of call. The workers go above and beyond to get the unit working for us when it's down. They really care about solving the problem.

With only an estimate so far. Bayside office staff is very kind & helpful on the phone! I really like the message with the picture & brief bio of their company service personnel that is in route to the house. They have a good system of updates & reminder msgs. Bubba is an excellent representative for Bayside Comfort. He is kind, enthusiastic & knowledgeable! He even insisted on carrying a very heavy package around to the basement for me, on his way out! He's a good dude 🇺🇸 I'm so thankful for that genuine act of kindness! Im still considering their estimate for the job but so far my overall impression of the company is they're real professionals. Who understand and keep all around customer service as a top priority.

Technician Joey Brown arrived somewhat early but he checked with us first via text to get an ok. He worked very efficiently on our annual A/C check up. (We have a maintenance contract.). Courteous and tidy. Highly recommend. In our view, the maintenance contract ( heating and A/C) is well worth it.

This is an excellent company. They replied promptly to my email request. The service technician, Don Kirchner was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the work and did a clean thorough job. I am very pleased with experience.

My original thought and review would not have been 5 stars. I was very unsatisfied with the original installation person. We had to have a couple others come out and fix some of the install issues. We then went to start using our AC and it was not getting cooler. We had Mack come out to service and resolve the issues. He explained what the issues were, which were from the original installation person, and said that he fixed the issues. Since it was cooler out today we tried the heat and we are pleased with the outcome. There was a big difference since the actual unit is now running. (We had not known that the heat source during the winter was off of the strip and not the unit, which from our understanding played a part in why our electric bill was so high.) Mack advised that once it gets warmer out again and we use the AC that if we feel that it is not cooling enough to call back and they’d check it out. Mack has changed our opinion towards Bayside as he was very professional and explained what he had done to rectify the issues. Bayside needs more individuals like Mack.

Bayside Comfort technician Dean installed our new furnace and air conditioner in a very professional manner. It was obvious that Dean's years of experience streamlined the removal and custom installation. The job was completed on schedule and we are very satisfied with our experience with Bayside Comfort.

Jordon arrived on time. Very courteous and polite. We discussed the service to be performed. He completed the service in a timely manner. Jordon then explained everything he did and how our system compare to a normal working system. Everything was normal. We were very please with our service.

Bubba Kirchner came to our home today and fixed our leaking toilet and our leaking garbage disposal. He was absolutely awesome - took care of our issues with professionalism and was kind and personable. We will definitely be requesting him if we need service in the future.

They took care of everything we needed without issue. Brandon was great! He saved us for the weekend, taking care of our plumbing problem on a Saturday with a house full of guests. Great service and great technician. Couldn't have been a better experience. Highly recommend.

Kevin made sure our AC heads were clean even though it took him longer than a regular service call. We appreciate him wanting to do a good job!

Our furnace and air conditioning unit wasn't blowing so called Bayside. Mark came out toy house today. Knew exactly how to fix the issue. Was in and out in about an hour. Both are working great now. Thanks 😊

Joey Brown, from Bayside Comfort in Port Clinton, was our technician who inspected the HVAC systems in our home. He is one proud guy who loves where he works. That speaks volumes about Bayside and the staff who runs it. Super good work, courteous and I am going to remember him when it comes time for our next inspection. 5 stars!
