I have had great experiences with American Home Patient. They are very customer oriented and truly care about their patients needs. They are very efficient in pick ups and delivery. I would recommend them to anyone needing oxygen and supplies.

After many months of doctor appointments here and at Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN, I was about to give up on ever breathing good again. As a last ditch effort, my doctor ordered a vibration vest. She was afraid I would not be approved, but with the persistent of American Home Patient and my doctor, I was! I can breath again. Thank you guys so much.

Called and they were very responsive to my needs for equipment my wife forgot. The staff was pleasant and great to work with at this location.

Every single time I have been here I am always greeted with a smile. These people really and truly care about their people.

Both my husband Bill and I were using CPAP machines before we moved to Kansas City, MO, in April of 2023. We'd been very happy with the Lincare service in Lancaster, CA, so when my hubby's machine quit, we found the phone number and called for help. Although it was a Friday, we were told to come on over. Arriving at 5 p.m., we were greeted and helped! Long story short, Bill walked out with a loaner machine for use until the time when he could connect with a doctor for a new one.
Fast forward a few months to a call from Justine for Bill to come and pick up a new CPAP.
She spent about an hour with us explaining how his new machine worked, what different options were available for masks, and providing him with a supply of tubing for the oxygen concentrator he uses. Today Bill called to make arrangements to return for more trial equipment. From beginning in CA to working with Lincare people here in MO, our experience totally deserves a 5 star rating. Justine and her crew are great!

I needed a CPAP (my insurance is paying). My doctor scheduled an appointment and I went today. I had no wait, the machine I was getting was already set up, and the person I dealt with explained everything carefully. He then showed me mask options after discussing my needs, and once I picked a mask, he measured me and then tried it on and fitted it. I was very happy with the whole experience (not so happy that I need it) and don't expect any issues. He told me how to order supplies and gave me a magnetic card with the ordering information as well as info on how often you can get replacements. He repeatedly asked if I had questions and then told me I could call if I thought of anything later. Great experience overall.

Very friendly staff and made me fee comfortable right away. They took the time to listen to me and provided the best care and advise. Highly recommened.

My mom needed home oxygen on Christmas eve. Maybe an hour after the doctor faxed the order, Rick came with the oxygen. He was so kind and helpful, took his time showing my Dad and me how to use the equipment, and was very reassuring. My dad had been nervous and Rick was so comforting and personable. We really appreciated his kindness, plus the fact that he brought the oxygen on the afternoon of Christmas eve. My mom's doctor said the company was very easy for him to work with as well. We were all around very pleased with the service.

My machine was seeping air. I tried to find the leak but couldn't. After 2 miserable nights w/out it, I took it to the A HP office. Sarah, the receptionist was WONDERFUL! I did not have an appointment but was seen right away by Dale. Who was also AWESOME. Found the problem immediately ( a seal had come loose), had me test it to make sure it worked properly and sent me on my way. It took all 10 minutes or less! It's easier to troubleshoot WITH the machine than over the phone. I can't wait to go to bed tonight!
