Had a package out for delivery that was irreplaceable. Package marked as out for delivery, but when the mail was left there was no package. I live closer to the store, so went in to see what they could do. Dawn was helping me and reassured me that the driver had the package and might have been missed it. I was a little frustrated at the time, thinking I would have to wait until the following day (which I would not be in town). Sure enough the package got delivered a few hours later!!! I want to thank Dawn and the driver for making this happen. Thank you!

My post office in my neighborhood is the best group of people I have ever worked with they are super humans in my book

I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.

Who looks up US Postal Service Reviews anyway? Let alone leaves them....? Hangry people!

That aside, I've visited this location a couple times, and really these have been nothing but genuinely nice and helpful. Nobody wants to visit the post office, so having a representative who can maintain their composure and find the will to want to help the public day in and day out is just a super power and treasure. Thank you staff, you guys are always a treat to work with when having to drag my feet into your building. A special thank you goes to Chase, that man is a saint!

I had a issue with EBay in which they sent something of mine to a address that I no longer live. I was a little worried as you can imagine with having something sent to the wrong address during the busiest mail season and I'm pretty sure the last day to mail for Christmas so it was crazy busy. They took the time to check for my package and didn't see it so they took my info and checked with the carrier which I believe his name is Gary, anyway they tracked my package down for me and called me the next day to pick it up. Thank you so much for your help!

AMAZING. It's sad that most people only post reviews on here to complain, because I have nothing to complain about. I brought in 6 big, heavy boxes and was worried I would get a fuss about it, but Karen was very positive and helpful. They brought out a cart to help me carry everything in, and we got it all shipped out within 10 minutes! A great experience. I always go to this post office for that reason :)

I had what I expected to be a bad experience turn into a very good one through the solid customer service this post office provided. I had a package suppose to arrive one day and it did not. The tracking said there was a problem with the address. So I went through the automated system and selected to have it held at the post office for pickup. When I went, it was not there, but now said it was listed for redelivery. It did not arrive again, so I called and Amy said she would look into it. After a couple hours I got a phone call and she had found the package. Turns out the address was off 1 number on the label, so that was the issue but they found it and got it to me, so I am very happy!

24/7 lobby hours, but don't loiter. The staff are always friendly and diverse. Greeting and gift cards are available for purchasing. PO box rental process is not complex; just remember when your renewal time is in case you do not receive the notice in various ways it may be provided to you.

Always great service !! An efficient and dedicated group of workers at this office. Thank you! for all you do! To keep it moving. Hope DeJoy is laid off soon as Postal Director. He does not deserve the position.

Chase is amazing! So friendly and helpful. The line was a bit long, but it’s the holidays, so you can’t expect anything less. The line moved fast in respect to that, especially for lunch time on a Friday.

Frozen parcel box. Called the Indian Tree office, and the clerk was very helpful. She called the carrier, and the package was delivered to my door. Above and beyond!

At the P.O., they have "Friendly Staff", and are always willing to help with any problem you have. They could use a little more help during the Holidays, but overall they get the job done! Wish more P.O.s were this professional. GREAT JOB GUYS & LADIES! You guys are the BEST!
