LL Flooring

We have used LL Flooring on many projects and they have been easy to work with throughout. The products have been stellar, installations went according to schedule, and when any minor issues arose afterward, they were taken care of without delay. The most important piece is the customer service. LL Flooring worked with us on a return when they were within their rights to deny it. This above and beyond attitude makes me sure to use them for any future projects.

My wife and I are very pleased that I suggested a visit to LL Flooring when she said she wanted to replace the flooring in our 1st floor living room and bathroom.

We came home with samples and an agreement to have an estimator come to the house for a free, no cost, measurement and follow-up estimate.

When the estimator arrived he was very friendly, very knowledgeable and, clearly, very good at his job.

I asked if he could also measure our kitchen and he happily did so. He also explained more about the installation company and how they work.

Two days later, LL Flooring called with an estimate and e-mailed a copy that I shared with my wife. While the estimate was expensive, in our minds, it was also well-done and very fair.

My wife and I discussed the project on Friday and we chose a totally different product after using the "visualizer" on LL flooring's website. We visited the store the next day and signed the deal.

We feel very good about the experience, so far. 👍👍👍
