They are second best in Liberty. Liberty family pharmacy would be hard for any pharmacy too beat!!!

The pharmacy has good customer service at the counter but they never answer phone calls and the voice mail box is always full.

When calling the pharmacy you can expect to be on hold for 20 mins or more before they even answer the phone. I have had this happen to me several times before leaving this review. I totally understand being busy and helping other customers, BUT you can easily answer the phone to acknowledge the call and then give the choice of holding or a call back etc. If you attempt to just leave a message the voicemail is full or you do not receive a call back.

I went yesterday 03/23/21 to get my covid vaccine, I had a question I wanted answered before I went was on hold for 17 min. Today 03/24/21 I am having full blown covid symptoms and I have been trying ALL DAY to get someone on the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous that with 4 people back there and they can't answer the phones. A patient of theirs is needing advice about a product they are giving out. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Go somewhere else to get your vaccine !!!
