What a wonderful experience it was working with Amy at Cloud 9 Cabinetry. From the very start she was so welcoming and knowledgeable in her craft. She is an amazing designer! I felt she was sincerely interested in hearing what we were looking to do with our kitchen and helped guide us in the right direction through the whole process. Amy at West Chester Cloud 9 location was an absolute joy to work with …. Personally and professionally. Super helpful in discussing options and process for the first time we have embraced such a large home project. From choosing the overall look we wanted, discussing cabinet options, kitchen configuration options, granite integration and backsplash colors, Amy was always happy to help. Cloud 9 process of seamlessly integrating with the countertop suppliers, fabricators, and installation contractors made process very easy as well

Amy also provided a recommended installation contractor (Brian from Distinct Cabinetry Innovations) who was equally great to work with. Brian and his crew provided a very detailed estimate, remained flexible with the work I preferred to perform myself, very detail oriented, cleaned after every days work preventing construction dust from going everywhere else in house, made great suggestions along the way form improvements above the original design, and coordinated the contracted specialist work making it a timely and well coordinated project. He even worked the wood floor refinishing around our vacation schedule so it could be done while we were out of town (otherwise we would have had to find a place to stay for 3 to 5 days).

A huge thanks to both Amy and Brian …. Would recommend that both to anyone.

Very pleased with our new kitchen! It was very easy working with Amy to design and order our custom cabinets. We are just so happy with the results :)

We went to Cloud 9 just to browse around but wound up talking with Joe Levans about the kitchen project we wanted to take on. After listening to us he gave us a couple options to get the project done. Joe became the project manager and helped us select cabinets and countertops. He used contractors he vouched for and they were excellent to work with. We were given a 6 week estimate for completion and it was completed on time. Joe kept everything moving and on time and resolved any problems. Cabinets came in the wrong color and instead of waiting for the manufacturer to build and send out the correct ones, Joe came by and picked up the cabinets himself and drove them back to the manufacturer and picked up the correct ones. The contractors built the cabinets on site. This saved us a big delay in our time estimate. The contractors used were friendly, professional and punctual. They cleaned up the workspace every night before leaving. My wife and I love the cabinets and the functionality they provide for our needs. Joe listened to our needs with the cabinets and got us exactly what we wanted. The before and after pictures don't even begin to show the amount of work that was done in those six weeks. We also had them do wall demo, install new lights and pendants, install hardwood on the whole first floor, paint, stair tread install and do a decorative tile wall. We highly recommend Cloud 9 Cabinetry to anyone looking to redo their cabinets or whole kitchen project.

I chose Cloud 9 Cabinetry, for new Kitchen cabinets,and countertops. Joe, and team at Cloud 9 Cabinetry measured and designed a perfect layout for my new Kitchen. The show room is magnificent, it will definitely help you pick your custom cabinets, hardware, and Granite countertops. The Cloud 9 cabinets are three levels above in quality, then your average cabinets at you’re major retailers. My soft close hardware is fabulous, and my custom flat black handle pulls are stunning. The Cloud 9 service was impeccable, including installation of the granite countertops impeccable! I really appreciate the quality of the bathroom vanity I purchased from Cloud 9. We actually purchased two together and put one countertop across both of them for one double-vanity. The quality of the pieces is much better than we saw at the big box sotres.
Since this if going in a basement bathroom, we wanted something that could withstand a flood. We worked with Steve as the contractor, who was great to work with and even helped provide support for other questions around the house.

I contacted Cloud 9 Cabinetry for a project to custom make new panels for the front of our new built-in refrigerator.
