I got my first auto loan here and with little established credit history (not bad credit) the process was what I would describe as easy. Since then I've gotten another vehicle loan and a couple personal loans and haven't had a single bad experience. My mother has also been banking here for over 20 years and never any issues. They're always friendly and helpful. I'de highly recommend especially if your getting an auto loan. Don't go to a bank when you can go to a credit union.

Your refinancing mortgage officer is excellent! She is professional, kind, and listens. She is confident and calm in her work. She has superior communication skills. With her I know she is ready to explain until I understand the process of refinancing. She respects her clients. She is very informative, listing the scheduled steps for me needed to get the process complete. She is highly reccomended in my mind to be highly effective and knowledgable in all areas of banking!
