Taco Bell

This is a nice Taco Bell location that is conveniently located near the Eastern side of Dubuque and near to Hy-Vee. The drive-thru staff is friendly and quick to prepare our meal. Inside you place your order at a kiosk which has the ability to switch to Vegetarian mode.

I’ve been eating TB from Hillcrest but finally made the switch to the down town location since the decline in quality at the hillrest location. I gotta say downtown quality has improved by 10 fold what ever yall doing keep it up ! Yall deserve a raise I hope management sees this and gives yall a raise. FYI tho yall forgot my chips but still gave me nacho cheese 😂 but how can I be mad with a perfect roll like that 🥹

Just before holiday weekend and most people using drive through. I went inside and was only one using dining room. Food made correctly and delivered fast.

As I’m traveling, I just stopped into this Taco Bell off the highway and got a Mexican pizza and nacho fries and let me tell you these nacho fries are the most perfect ones I have ever had they did an awesome job they’re cooked perfectly there’s soft & tender, there spicy they’re delicious they’re not burnt they’re not cold they’re amazing thank you Taco Bell

Overall, it was a good experience to stop by and quickly get something to eat.

Best Taco Bell I've visited. I was traveling and it was very late at night and this place has served the best food with all the customization requested and fulfilled everything as expected. The person at drive through made sure the order was right and seemed enjoying what he was doing. I wish other locations keep up like this one.

I went through the drive through and the lady was so spectacularly nice. The ordering process was seamless. I get up to the window to pay and she greets me with a smile and asks if I want any sauce. Then it took only a couple moments to receive my food.

That's what I expect out of a fast food restraint. Timeliness, a smile, and service that goes above and beyond. Thank you Taco Bell.

Honestly, I love taco bell. Always have, always will. This taco bell is odd. The food was prepared very well and tasted amazing. Tho, the employees seemed to not be getting along with each other, which affected their times and some people would take their words as rude. So if you are looking for good experience, good luck. If you want a good meal, come here!

The staff was friendly and took our order very well when we went through the drive thru. We received all of our order quickly & correctly! Thanks for the great service.

Food was hot and fresh. I watched a customer wait several minutes for someone to take his order. He had to yell, "Hello?" Dining room was not clean. The tables, seating and floor was dirty enough that I had to stand there a few moments while scanning the almost completely empty dining area for a matching seat and table free of debris.
However, one of the staff was so nice, so genuine and friendly that I decided to give a five star anyway. I did not see her name tag. The place seems understaffed or the staff are undertrained.

I've spent many nights in this fabled Taco Bell location. The staff here has always been a delight to deal with. I've met friends here, seen people doing donuts in the parking lot, had strangers start talking to me about their weekends, it seems like this Taco Bell isn't built out of bricks at all. This establishment is made of dreams, happiness, and good times with my friends.

Christina brought a great attitude. Dubuque Taco Bell’s are the best in the world. I drive every day from Michigan just to go to the Dubuque Taco Bell.

They were patient while I was deciding what to order in the drive thru. They were fast and made my food perfectly. Very good!

Love how my supreme was an actual supreme! Whoever made my tacos for it with care and consideration and for that I am grateful 💯 Wasnt a sloppy mess thrown onto a tortilla. Really good meal❤

Came into this taco bell a couple years back. When they called my name an entire frat started chanting my name in harmony. Best #10 I've ever had at a taco bell! Fire sauce always in stock.

They had shut the lobby because there was only two workers. 6 cars in line and I got my food in less than 15 minutes. Outstanding service by the two people working inside. Terrible Planning by the manager on how busy they were going to be on a holiday weekend

We have been here quite a few times. Its always great service. Tonight we had the pleasures of meeting the general manager im going to assume. Whoever he is, he's one cool dude. Only complaint i could think of because of course no ones perfect is the location. Its too far from my house lol. All in all, ive always been very satisfied. If the manager reads this, you commented on my girlfriends tattoos so you remember us! Thank you!
