Cash America Pawn

I bought a drill press here for a great deal, and came out to my car not starting, they helped me out with a jump. It turned out it was just a loose wire on the starter, but still, they were kind enough to try and help. I really appreciate that. It was of course pouring down rain too. The person who helped me I believe was the manager and they were super helpful and friendly. I was very surprised at the options they offered and especially because of my situation which was it was the due date of my ticket and I could not find my ticket. They only charged me $5 extra and it was rewritten and I was out of there in 5 minutes! Seriously better experience than many I have had over the years! And the manager was very helpful and very easy on the eyes as well so I can easily give 5 stars ! Oh and the other employees on that shift were all very welcoming and made a point to acknowledge and welcome me at several different times in the brief time I was there.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Cash America Pawn, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Manager Deb. Despite arriving just minutes before closing time to renew an item, Deb went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring everything was sorted out smoothly. The staff at Cash America Pawn always exude kindness and offer the best deals, making every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended for their excellent service and customer care.

Very polite, clean shop, well organized. If the Xbox didn’t red ring o death, I’d have gotten more money. They were very honest and kind.

Had a really bad inital experience with a assistant manager in training named John who made me really uncomfortable. After that I worked with Anthony and Freddy who were the total opposite; friendly welcoming and understanding. They helped me the remainder of times I came in and they knocked it put of the park every time. If you go in and john is there turn around but if Anthony or Freddy are there you're in good hands and they will bend over backwards to help you out. All in all Freddy and Anthony make the whole experience worth while.

Deb the manager and Emily were awesome today! My favorite pawn shop and always come here instead of the ones closer to me, just for the customer...

Really nice and helpful staff! They’re patient and willing to answer any questions :) Lots of good finds here, we bought a whole wii so we’re really living the dream. I really recommend this store, there’s always something new and fun in there.

Been to a few different cash americas and the this is by far the best one. The people working here made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Super helpful in answering questions I had and very fair with their loan prices. Will definitely recommend this location.

Great customer service from everyone there. Management is very fair when it comes to loan analysts and very understanding of situations. I pawned a few items and have been unable to retrieve them as of yet but I do get reminder calls from them so I don’t lose them. Very helpful group

The new team is absolutely amazing. They are friendly and the whole atmosphere has changed we almost stopped coming with the old team and stopped by one day and it was a whole new group . Our experience is five star everytime now.

The store looks fantastic and they will work with you for deals on things.
The manager Reese is fun and interactive with everyone in the store and Jason the Assistant is very animated and fun to be around
They are surrounded by a knowledgeable and professional team as well and I would recommend this store in Kenmore any day of the week. 5 stars from me as well!!!

I'm giving these guys 6 out of 5 stars for customer service as well as knowledge and open-minded barganing principles ;) They gave me a great loan on a bunch of items I wasnt sure would get a dollar, but they mean a lot to me so I'd like to be able to get them back in the future if need be, so these guys made it possible and I am Soookk grateful! Will definitely be back with more stuff and to buy tools or guitars! Thx guys~

This is the best pawn shop I ever shop at. The employees are so awesome and professional. They always have what I want. The place stay so clean.

This is the only cash America I go to. I've tried other ones but none of them really have the style of customer service that this one has everybody's so down to earth and they always offer me relatively good amounts on what I try to bring in and since the management changed it's just been even better couldn't ask for a better pawn shop TBH.
