We were treat d so well at this USPS. We observed all three people at the counter taking exceptional care of each person. Jason helped us, and he was amazing.

Great service, especially for the holidays. Appreciated the employee helping out at the self-service area; it made everything much easier.

Postal clerks have always been courteous to me and even when there's been a bit of a line, have processes through fairly quickly. Mailing supplies also available for purchase.

This is the best post office in the area. The staff are very friendly and give good advice on how to get my packages and mail across within a reasonable time frame. They are always very accommodating. I appreciate the post masters here. Keep up the good job.

Best Post Office ever. Professional, efficient, courteous and always so helpful. They really go the extra mile. One of my favorites is the gentleman who wears the Devo mask. Always happy and smiling. Very happy with this post office.

I wouldn't normally write a review for a post office, but the Dunedin Post Office really came through for me when I needed it most.
I was very impressed at the willingness of it's front desk workers to help me send out an large item that I didn't already box. Being a tourist 1200 miles away from my hometown post office, the Dunedin P.O. helped me get my package back to Michigan. He took a lot of his time to look around the entire post office and when he found the only one that could fit my item, he packaged it himself for me. Very grateful that there are people willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The entire staff at this post office were friendly, caring and professional. If I ever need their help again, I will drive great distances to visit their post office.

This is the best Post Office I have EVER, (and I'm 50 something) been in. When I walk out I am saying WOW at what a pleasant experience it was! They have the nicest staff I have ever encountered period, not just Post Offices. I've been going there for about a year, and the last time I was there I walked in with a bag of baby clothes for my grandsons birthday, as I was looking at the box sizes a very sweet lady came from behind the counter, and grabbed a box, put in the clothes while commenting on how cute, taped up the box, gave me a label and her pen, and showed me how to use the kiosk so I wouldn't have to stand in line. They are always able to get you in and out quickly. And always great supplies.

A US postal emp. Helped me at the self check out. GREAT help she was very professional and nice. I was there at approx. around 3 pm Thurs. I was done in 5 mins. Thank you so much. She helped everyone. Very nice.

I have come to this post office location at least half a dozen times including during the Christmas madness, and preparing to send wedding invitations. The staff is always helpful, patient, kind, and does everything they can to help their customers. I have NEVER been to another USPS with the same dedication to customer service as this location. The men and women here are the best!

One of the most efficient businesses you can use. This facility has the best counter help you could ask for. I have used them for 30 years and only once had a less than excellent experience. Pleasant, knowledgeable and they go out their way to get everyone waited on as pleasantly as possible. But remember they are dealing with the public, some of whom do not know the proper way to behave and are ignorant of how a post office and postage works, not an easy job and not a job I would want. Kudos to the Dunedin Post Office!

The most friendly post office in the States. The staff here are so kind and nice.

Rather small "main" post office, but very well organized with enough self-service equipment to allow off-hours help in doing simple mail. The counter help is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The service lines do sometimes get somewhat long during "prime" times & seasons but probably no more than most other post offices. Ample spaces in the parking lot.

I purposely only go to this post office because of how amazing the customer service is. Mike is the absolute best, most helpful & kind post man I have ever met! He needs 20 raises! This place wouldn’t be the same without him.

I love this post office. Everyone that’s ever helped me here has been incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. Lines usually aren’t too long, and they move the line along fairly efficiently when there is one. My favorite post office by far!

Agree with others regarding Mike. We showed up at 4:40, right before closing, with 6 packages and there was a long line - he had a great cheerful demeanor and made helpful suggestions for shipping.

The people in the post office are amazing, Super friendly, knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to help me. Anybody that says different has got personal issues. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Guys

I have never written a post office review but here I am. I used this post office regularly for 2 years until I moved. Amazing, friendly helpful staff, great service. Every post office should be like this one.
