The food is pretty. Much same everywhere not great but the service and place is always clean.. 10 stars to all that work here and make it happen day after day

Everytime I come here there's never a pleasant experience food takes awhile to get always a problem

Just picked up an online order, Cofley whom was at the 2nd drive thru window asked us kindly to pull up to wait for our food. Another associate brought our food out and by habit I always checky order. Come to find out the 3 large fries were filled about halfway if that,so I told the lady who brought our food out and she was rude,I asked her to please get the manager. Cofley (sorry I am probably misspelling your name) came out . I showed him the fries and without question he apologized and brought out 2 more large fries. Cofley is a great person,friendly,goes above and beyond for customers and deserves to be recognized. Thank you Cofley for being you and bringing a great addition to this location.

One of the nicer McDs but they are getting pricey.

Maria, the manager is rude and a racist.I had been waiting on my doordash order for 20 minutes and when I pointed out other customers who ordered after me received their food she started yelling at those customers " didn't you wait 30 minutes utes for your food.. didn't you?" Never once was polite to me. I called corporate and reported her...hopefully they can help with her attitude. Glad I don't eat there.

I just really enjoy this location! The staff is always friendly and the food is hot. Thank you for being so dedicated to your jobs.

I just have to sayThat this McDonald's Location is the best in the area!! Very clean, super organized and nothing but excellent customer service, even while very busy. I am a delivery driver, so I am basing my review on not one, but many visits. The team works so well together! Shout out to Martha and ALL of the staff here!!!! Thank you!

We just left. It is march 18 2022. We didn't realize the hours had changedband we came came right before closing hours. Instead of turning us away a nice young gentleman working in drive thru let us order and was very kind and courteous to us instead of getting angry and flustered that we came a few minutes before closing.

Cleanest MCDONALD'S I have ever been too. Great staff!!!

It's McDonalds. Friendly faces. Sometimes you wait forever at the drive thru, others not. Usually get what you order, sometimes not. Hard to mess up a coffee and one item but it has happened. I take my chances. Addicted to sausage Mcgriddle.

The staff at this location is the best! I love the morning crew and they always have my black ice coffee perfect! :)

This particular McDonald's is shorthanded and yet at 7 o'clock this morning I went an got breakfast ,it was totally awesome the coffee was great thank you very much wow. Everybody deserves a raise for working that good on a Saturday morning.

Until now 12/20 service has been good. Takes a really long time going thru drive thru in the 11 o'clock hour now(multiple times). The staff hanging w the friends in their cars just chit chatting in the drive thru. I called and notified Carolyn(manager) of the long wait times at night. We will see if this changes...

The Manager at this location today was incredible. I believe her name was Rachel. I came in for a pickup around 8:30 and there was chaos in all directions. She professionally handled everything without missing a beat, letting employees and customers know she was working on whatever task was in front of her, jumping from task to task and managing all the situations professionally and with a smile. The team pitched in when asked and worked through everything. This is a rare quality in a person and something that I think leadership should know about. Amazing work by her and her team!

Dining room is open. You can order at the kiosk or register. Nice clean place with standard McDonald's fare which was well prepared and delicious.

They use both drive through lanes. The curbside pickup is fast too. The food is exactly what you would expect from McDonalds. I haven't gotten anything from here that was messed up or prepared with anything other than care and expedience.

This location has to be one of the best ive been to so far. They are always polite and pleasant. They make my ice coffee as ordered without any flack. I recently started working close by so i hope they stay that way. 😊

Excellent customer service! Manager William (Billy) Brown oversees this establishment. I overheard a happy customer thanking him for his "attention to detail" in keeping his dining area "spotless" and welcoming for his guests. As a dedicated "Hercules Ave. McDonald's" customer for years; this gentleman is absolutely correct! This establishment is "always" clean; thanks to Mr. Brown's Managing "attention to details"! I often drive out of my way to have lunch or dinner at this location! I'm grateful for this clean & organized establishment!
