These idiots charged me for the wrong apartment and put multiple bills in my name and then after refunding me for the mispaid bills they’re charging me for the amount refunded! Literally wish I could rate 0 stars, I have been on the phone 8 times in the last 2 weeks alone and now I have to go down there in person to hopefully get a real answer

Tried added a mystery $500 onto a bill then when caught blamed it on the new system changes and they said they took it off the bill now they are saying that there is an unpaid bill from back in 2009 which we didn't even live at that address at that time. If anyone is debating on moving here don't they are the only utility company in port jervis and they have the monopoly so either you bow to their bad business or have no lights to your home there is a reason why this terrible business has 1 star on Google but somehow still is open and running

Their drones make terrible excuses for human beings. From going weeks without power, to waiting over a half a year to turn on an already installed solar system they- without fail- always manage to be bad at their jobs. The only way to get anything out of them is to be an even bigger pain to them then they are to you.
Every person who works at that office should be ashamed of themselves. They are objectively terrible people.

My mother in law has a heart monitor and they say oh that's not considered life threatening, got a 72 hour notice , can't keep up on these ppl and their crazy prices.

Go solar so these scam money hungry company's will go bye bye take advantage of us my family is paying 800 a month and is using it efficiently. They say on there website they charge more on peak hours to encourage us to save on electric look at there peak hours everyone is a work ? It’s a scam !!!

This company's sense of entitlement and protection and immunity to criticism is a wonder to behold. Thank you google for a chance to rate them. This company is still in the Jurassic period a prime candidate for extinction and replacement with intelligent forms of life.

My bill has almost doubled since last year. I have been in the same place for 14 years I use the same amount of electricity as I always have. It's insane.

An extraordinarily difficult company to work with and just plain bad customer service. Just trying to find out what you owe can be a chore. No idea how there are not better options.

I froze my family just to save money on my electric bills but still $850 a month. This is diabolical.

Cannot turn my power on for a full month after receiving confirmation of my repairs. Shockingly incompetent. Do they want their customers to die?!

The customer service is atrocious and their practices are diabolical
