The groomer/owner was very good with my dog. Paw's came home clean, well groomed and very calm. Paw's is going back in two months and I called the owner to thank her and for taking the time to see that my dog had what she needed to make it through the harrowing experience of having a new groomer and my dog being quite old and unaccustomed to change.

I got my mini poodle Bailey groomed here last week. Her top knot is totally destroyed and she cut her legs way too short. Bailey can be a pain to groom but if she couldn't handle her then she should have called me. I would have found a more experienced groomer. When I needed to talk to her she was on a personal call and ignored me for several minutes.

In response to her reply: She has been groomed by several groomers in town and no one else mentioned all the problems you had with her. I did say that I know she can be a pain to groom. You should have called me right away when she started acting up. That would have saved me $35.00 and you wouldn't have wasted your time.
