Our mail delivery lady has the worst atitude ever, she writes snotty messages on our packages and gives dirty looks when she drives by or she just will flat out not deliver our mail. Lose your attitude or get a different job.

Their delivery lady is awful. It was never an issue to deliver to our house. All the sudden we caught her on our camera running over all our yard lights & our sons bike ramp, so we talked to her about it. ITS ON CAMERA.. She denied it & the next day we get a letter saying our house is no longer deliverable due to not being able to reverse. OUR DRIVEWAY IS HUGE. Our lights or ramp were never replaced & now we have to go and pick up all our packages. No wonder USPS is going under. We get “punished” for her mistakes.

Customer service sucks! Both the post master Randel and Tonya need better people skills and learn how to treat their local residents better then they do. They are just plain rude people to have to encounter to get your mail from.

They’ll send your packages to Wyoming and then Sioux Falls before it makes it to you.
