My daughter and I met Isaac in September 2022 when we were shopping for a television with a sound system. Although we had investigated other options, we decided that Bang & Olufsen with their reputation for quality and outstanding customer service was the place we wanted to do business.

From start to finish, Isaac made the process of obtaining, installing and learning to use our new Bang & Olufsen television and sound system an absolute pleasure. He was welcoming; gave us his full attention; met us where we were in terms of our comfort with tech, and followed up by coming to our home and teaching us how to use the beautiful new TV & stereo sound system including a B & O portable speaker.

We are grateful to Isaac. He is an outstanding Bang & Olufsen representative with a comprehensive command of the products and a talent for conveying information to customers.

Anyone can sell beautiful audio visual equipment, it’s the service after the sale that is the most important. Have been a long-time B&O enthusiast, first turntable (still in use) was bought in the 80’s. Purchased some wireless speaker and transmitter components from Oliver’s store a few years ago. Ran into some very puzzling challenges with their operation after some time and right on the line of my warranty expiration. Oliver was an absolute savior, acting as my link to the B&O diagnosis while keeping me informed along the way. Where others shy away from difficult issues, Oliver dug in and was committed to seeing things through. We learned that my home network was the cause of most of the issue. Oliver educated me on available options, we chose a path and he made things 110% right. He’s also shared his time to show off some of the SOWA showroom’s most amazing setups, I’m now looking forward to returning to add to my B&O family of components at home. Sincere thanks for the support and the amazing service. Anyone interested in stunning design and top notch performance from their devices owes themselves a stop at the absolutely beautiful SOWA Bang & Olufsen shop.

Doug and team and the sowa location are very patient and professional. Naturally these products are complex so there are lots of questions, they answer each one without any hesitation. Great customer experience!
