I & P Water Systems

Ron Hawkins just responded promptly when the well tank in our basement finally developed a leak after 19 years. He was courteous, friendly, forthright in answering questions, and left us in good shape this morning with a new tank. He's been the last man standing after others in the business retired in 2011, and he obviously loves his calling. We wouldn't think of using anyone else for any issue with our well system, which Ron and his former partners relocated for us many years ago.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. Mr. Ron Hawkins returned my call promptly. He was professional, kind disposition, explained his findings thoroughly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him for all water filter and/or well tank issues.

Ran out of water. Ron came out, made the repair and also did a system check. Very thorough. Great to work with. Will definately use him again.

I contacted Ron to help with setting up connection to existing well and new water tank for my new home. He came and looked at it and suggested what water tank to be put in and where etc. While talking about scheduling the work, he said he would only do when he is free and cannot commit to a date. I asked him for a ball park range date/time, he suddenly flipped on me saying I should contact another company to get approximate date and he does not work like that etc. I told him that I was open with flexible schedule as this is a new home, still he walked out on me . He behaved unprofessionally and arrogantly with me. I don't know how he got good ratings, but he seems to be unpredictable and unreliable.
