Love this place best customer service and great products. This is the absolute best place to shop for jewelry and they will take care of you and any questions you might have. Nice friendly staff I give them a 10 out 10 have shopped here for 25+ years they have never let me down. Recommended over any other jewelry place near or far lexis helped me in the Ithaca store apologize if I spelled name wrong but helped me resize my ring very friendly and professional Ithaca Kay's is way better then Syracuse staff is friendlier and really just goes out the way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service.

I had the best experience with the Ithaca Kay’s jewelry store. I took my daughter’s ring in to get sized again. First time we took it to the Syracuse store. The Syracuse store was not friendly, did not connect us when the ring was done. The employees were extremely helpful, very nice, real patient and very caring. When I walked in I was greeted right away and the gentleman was more than happy to help me. If you need any jewelry or something repair or sized the Ithaca Key’s store is where you need to go. They deserve to be a 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ store. Great experience looking forward to going back!!

Ahlexis at the Ithaca office was very informative about the rings and so patient while we tried them all on . We went in very close to closing time because that is when our schedules allowed. She never made us feel rushed. She helped us pick our the perfect rings for our elopement. Ask for her if you need help find the right jewelry for any occasion!

We buy from Kay’s a lot, and I will say I am very pleased with Justin and Tim’s customer service! They are Truly the best!! They listen and treat us not just as a person coming to buy something or not buy something, but as if we have known each other for years, As well as listen to what we are looking for! Very pleasant and friendly service. I had my rings checked and cleaned. They do a thorough job of inspecting the tines holding my diamonds to ensure they are secure.

Justin was extremely helpful, and also incredibly patient with someone like me, who was incredibly indecisive on which watch I wanted to pick. In the end I got what I wanted, he helped me size it, and I am overall happy with my experience.

Dropped off my engagement ring for some modifications which was really hard for me to do because of sentimental reasons but when I picked it up today and saw it for the first time it brought me to tears because it was so beautiful. It's great to have a jewelry store like Kay's that you can go to and know that your jewelry will be taken care of. We have taken several rings there the last few months and Amber was amazing every visit. She takes good care of us and makes sure we are up to date on all of our orders/repairs.
