Today I went into this location with my laptop to buy a charger I was offered a Universal Charger for 59.99 unfortunately when getting home none of them fit my laptop. When I called the store the person who answered the phone whom Im assuming was the guy at the register, showed no interest in my situation and pretty much just blew me off. NO SYMPATHY what so ever!! I understand with our current COVID situation return policies have changed but at least show some concern for your customers.

Woman seemed bothered to help with printing. Instead of explaining the company copyright rules she said "nope can't print it" in a snappy tone. Very rude and unhelpful.

The worst customer service ever!!!
The lady that does the printing had no interest in helping me finish my recipe book. They need to get better workers in there, they lost my business that day. 😡
