He welcomes everyone, listens,and takes the time to troubleshoot when asked. Never condescending, always helpful, and genuinely engaging, he takes the fear out of asking questions. This is especially important as I look to guide my 16 yr old budding mechanic. Mark's outgoing personality takes the sting out of the cost LOL.
