I only received a portion of my order but was, of course, charged the full amount. Terrible customer service - not able to reach anyone or get a response. Attempting to use the chat feature on the website results in waiting forever without response, phones go to voicemail, no calls returned and no email responses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

As a follow up - to their credit they did promptly respond to the poor feedback and did issue a refund. Simple communication would have avoided the problems.
