Talleyrand Park

A must go place during your visit at Bellefonte. It has small bridges over the river which is nice to watch. The mesmerizing sound near the dam is truly amazing. It also has nice lighting during the Christmas time. The shorline on two sides of the river also has lighting which looks really cool after at evening time.

Since moving to this area we are continually impressed with how many public spaces are available and how well they are maintained. I promise it’s not like that for all communities. After brunch last Sunday, we took a walk to Talleyrand Park and explored this gem.

This park is fantastic. It is located right along Spring Creek, has a gazebo, monument to the many Bellefonte governors, the Bellefonte Historical Railroad Society in the old train depot, a tot lot, and restrooms. It is near downtown, so very convenient as well. Highly recommend stopping in if a local or visitor like myself. Cheers.

great place to bring kids. i bring my 2 year old as often as i can, he says park! every day bevause he loves that he can run and run and i can see him so i can let him be independent. there is a short walking path with hedges and bridges, so it isnt allllll open, but there are massive open grassy areas for dogs n kids. also a playground with 2 sets of slides and a swingset and they got rid of the sand. bathrooms open till sunset i think. decorative trains. gazebo closes if there is a wedding or photo shoot. ducks and geese by the creek. please go to my cafe buzz early for food, dont bring processed snacks to feed wildlife PLEASE!

This is a beautiful park. Alot of activities here throughout the summer. My kids love the playground and the ducks. It's also nice to just go for a walk around.

Great place for quick walk with family and friends but don’t forget to put on some extra layer of cloths to survive the icy cold wind.

This place is magical to me. To some it may be just a park but to me it'sa beautiful place. It holds some significance for me . It also kinda reminds me of the Gilmore Girls gazebo which I love. Even at night.. its beautiful.
Talleyrand is my favorite place to be.

Beautiful park, well maintained and a great spot in all seasons, in my opinion! The willow trees in the summer are the highlight but it was neat seeing it decorated for Christmas as well! Definitely a must see if you’re visiting Bellefonte!

An absolutely wonderful park to visit!! The scenery is gorgeous, the river is beautiful, and the views of the town of Bellefonte are stunning!!

Great place to walk. Or feed the ducks and fish. Have a picnic or chill at the playground. My favorite sit by the creek.

Great little park downtown. Plenty of metered parking. Tasty food/coffee options near the park.

Talleyrand park is an amazing park to go to any time of year. The lawn and entire property is kept amazing year round. The park is full of tree, even surrounding and in the playground, which makes it a great place to play in the summer. I'm the winter months, when dark descends earlier, the main part of the park is lit with lights, and the river walk is also supplied with lights. There are always dogs at the park!

Beautiful park, dog-friendly, ducks and geese, fish food dispenser to feed the koi. Plenty of seating and shade, but also a track for walking. Edible community garden, three bridges over the creek that goes through the park.

Beautiful and peaceful. Stream full of huge trout you can see from a bridge. A dam with cascades. And many many ducks to feed. You can feed the fish as well.

What an amazing park! Walking through and experiencing the sites really made our day! Highly recommend taking some time out of your day to visit such a beautiful spot! Don't forget to smile as you are walking the paths! Lots of very friendly people around the area.😁The leaves are changing... it's truly a magnificent site this time of year!🍂ENJOY!

Beautiful park with lots of seating and picnick tables

Play area for children, nice circle to walk for exercise, pretty creek, ducks and geese galore, pet friendly. What more would you need. My husband and I meander along the walkways.

Great local park, the best in the area. Plenty of seating, very well kept grounds.

Absolutely beautiful park with plenty of benches and picnic tables, a vintage gazebo, a water fountain, lots of shady trees, and a lovely view of the river.
