I recently started with a Bay Area SaaS company in their Boston location and fortunate it’s located in Industrious’ new Seaport space. I was recently relocated from Los Angeles and a SaaS company that had a WeWork literally next door. Although not a tenant we utilized that WeWork constantly and I feel qualified to compare them to Industrious.

Industrious’ Seaport space if perfectly located a brief walk from South Station, surrounded by numerous great restaurants and historic and cultural venues such as The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston Children’s Museum and Fan Pier to name a few. With respect to amenities, layout, staff and service, without a question, Industrious blows WeWork away. The Seaport space is an entire floor with breathtaking views of downtown and the seaport. The offices are spacious, comfortable, well appointed and it’s so easy to navigate around to common areas, facilities and offices alike that I didn’t find at WeWork.

Without a doubt, the biggest difference is Industrious’ staff and service. Having graduated from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and spent 7 years at the Mobile 5 Star Carlyle Hotel in Manhattan, I believe I know what exceptional service is and you’ll find here. The community staff of Annie and Jordyn couldn’t be nicer. The first day on the job I walked into to huge smiles and welcomes. It was like I was walking into an office I had worked in for years. Within minutes, I had a tour, breakfast, and welcome kit with goodies and situated. Any and everything I needed was executed in minutes from configuring all my devices to Wi-Fi via MAC address, installing printers to restaurant recommendations. The ladies couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful.

In short, good luck WeWork, you’ve got your work cut out for you as Industrious just set the bar very, very high!

Fantastic place to work. Great light pretty much every day. Community managers do a good job taking care of us (we're often surprised with *extras*). Couldn't be happier to be there.

Industrious Seaport is a wonderful place to work! They create a warm and comfortable environment to walk into in the morning which sets you up to have a great work day. Derek Bastien and Jason Paul are stellar Community Managers. They care so much about creating a positive community for all the members. They are helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to assist you.

Our team rented our a space here for a few weeks while we were in-between offices and we LOVED it! Great amenities, great location and the Community managers were absolutely fantastic at making us feel welcome and well treated. We have since moved out but not a day goes by that we don't reminisce about our time here.

This workspace is the the best serviced office I have ever used. It is friendly, great facilities and work environment, including grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch, and great support. Shout out to Derek for exceptional service.

Awesome space with great facilities. Derek at the front was super helpful and friendly. A block or two in every direction to great food and breweries. I would definitely grab an office here.

The best co-working place in Boston. Close to shops and bars also, the customer service is excellent. Derek and Chelsea are great and they will ensure your needs are met.

Our company is so happy with our move to Industrious Seaport! The space is gorgeous, the amenities are incredible, and the Industrious team is beyond wonderful - their friendliness and professionalism making coming to work here a joy. The ocean view from the deck where people can work outside, a million restaurants around for lunch, nice conference rooms and quiet work spaces...this place really has it all.

We moved into Industrious in the Seaport when they opened in April and couldn't be happier! The space is modern but comfortable, not to mention the massive patio that has been great to work from during the summer. Jordyn and all the staff are incredible and quick to respond to any questions. And the icing on the cake, they have snacks for the office and fun events every week!

We've worked here for a year now and have absolutely loved it! The community managers are the best. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Even though we have a small team here in Boston, this Industrious office really makes us feel like we're apart of something larger. I could not recommend this place more.

I have been using Industrious for my work office for more than 3 months now and it has been very pleasant experience. The breakfast, snacks, and free beverages are very good and I am very satisfied with all the services that this place provides. Fast wifi and clean and professional-looking environment are always making me feel focused and more productive when I work here. I totally recommend it.

Our company has been at Industrious for about a year. We're really happy here -- the team makes sure that we're able to focus on our work, and they take care of the rest -- Kate and Bonnie are always there with a stamp or a smile to help move us through our day. If an issue ever comes up they are communicative and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We can't imagine being anywhere else!

I have worked out of a few different co-working spaces and this is by far the best. The community, perks, and setup is perfect. Even when traveling to another location, the experience remains the same. Jordyn is always in the zone and willing to go above and beyond to make sure every member is having an A+ experience. If you want a truly great office/co-working setup that is in a class of its own, look no further!

I could not be happier with our move over to Industrious! After working in various other coworking spaces around Boston, I can say with full confidence that the environment provided here is unparalleled. The staff is amazing -- they facilitate everything office related and are always eager to help. Jordyn, Maggie, and Annie go above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met. Highly recommend this space!!

Our team moved from WeWork to Industrious Seaport over a year ago and we couldn't be happier. The accommodations are excellent for our growing team and the Industrious Staff always goes above and beyond.

Excellent co-working space with lots of meeting rooms and call booth. Also great food and snacks.
