Josiah, owner of Countryside Septic, is awesome. Courteous, punctual, well priced and thorough. He's definitely number one in the number two business!! We will be using Countryside from now on for all our septic service needs.

Josiah came today and pumped out our tank. He clearly explained pricing ahead of time. I was not expecting, however, to be fully educated by him on site about the status of our tank, options to mitigate a minor issue we are having, and how our system compares to newer systems. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency last night and our downstairs toilet was pouring water all into our bathroom. It is the closest room to our septic tank and on the main level, so we called countryside. Josiah was prompt and came out within 45 minutes for the emergency call. Low and behold, we had a clog in the main pipe that leads into the septic tank. Crisis averted. Josiah was extremely kind, informative and patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend!!

Josiah’s business is excellent! Countryside Septic is responsive, helpful, professional and super high quality. They replaced my septic pipes from the house to the tank and then from the tank to the pump station. The work was top quality and will have no issue to last another 100 years for a house that is already 175 years old.

I highly recommend Countryside Septic for any of your home septic needs. I needed to find and pump my septic (first time in new home) and could not be happier with the service. Not only was it very professional and timely, which are important to me, but the rates were more than fair. We found the septic cover in an unlikely spot using a tracker and the entire process was completed in an hour. Josiah took the time to explain everything involved in the process and what to watch out for in the future which was very helpful. Don't hesitate to give him a call!

Josiah performed a non-emergency septic tank pumping for us. He was very professional - thorough, careful, and polite, and did the job on a rainy and cold October afternoon. It always sucks to have to get your system pumped out but this was a very positive experience. They pumped out the tank and I hired them to put a cap on the system that comes up to the ground for future pumping. He did a great job at a fair price. Will have them do it next time it needs to be pumped.

I cannot recommend Countryside Septic enough! After wasting money calling a plumber, Josiah came to the rescue. My septic issue could have easily cost me thousands of dollars, but Josiah used his ingenuity and resolved the problem. Instead of passing the buck and telling me to call a plumber he didnt leave until the problem was solved.

To remove our septic cover the handles were broken. He worked with out complaint to get the cover off. He suggested a riser cover a some point but wasn’t a necessity, I asked if he could install.
