Absolutely amazing crew!!! Especially the manager behind the desk and Ethan! They couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my special needs son! They showed true compassion and understanding to my situation!

We came in with a blow out and Mike took care us. He was great he could have raked us over the coals but he did not we recommend if you’re in Jupiter need of service. Come see Mike at Tires Plus. He will take care of you.

I love this place… Mike is always very professional and the rest of the team follows by example. Lesley and Sean know exactly how to run the store efficiently and effectively as well. What a great establishment!

Mike Sosa and the people that work here are great. I was in a rush and they got to me as quick as possible and saved my day.

Thr service is always very attentive and try to accommodate my scheduling. I've had multiple cars serviced for tires at this store over the last several years and the service is consistent amd reliable. I wanted to write this review, as the folks there did there best to help me out. There appointment system was down, they had a lot of people, but the gentleman at the front still spoke calm and with respect to me. They did there best to get me out the door as quick as possible and gave me a very fair price. I hope the establishment owner/manager treats them well, as good hard working people going above just should be cherished. Thank you for helping me!

It was my first time getting my oil changed at this shop. I searched for a week to find the best deal on a synthetic oil change. My search began after I found out that Jiffy Lube was going to charge me $80. I eventually found a coupon for Tires Plus online for $55 full synthetic Pennzoil Oil, with filter, tire rotation, fluid top off and inspection. Despite arriving at 9 am on Saturday I was forced to wait for 2 hours, but its my fault for not making an appointment. The mechanic that worked on my car was very professional and thorough with his operation and inspection. When I went to check out the sales rep didn't try to up-sell me on pointless maintenance like the last guy at Tuffy told me i needed my transmission fluid flushed when I knew it was still quiet pink. Overall a great experience that I thought to be a great deal.

I would like to thank Steve, I called at 458 pm today, Sunday as they were closing in 2 minutes. My son was driving down from Orlando to So Fl when his tire pressure light came on. He was so kind to look at his tire to make sure there wasn’t a flat but just low tire pressure. He went out of his way, Thank you again to Steve!

My husband and I bring both our cars to tires plus for normal service and emergency maintenance. The staff there is very friendly and kind. They always take very good care of us and our cars. When an issue with our car does arise, they very kindly explain the problem to us in a way that a non-mechanic can understand. No one is happy when they have to get their care serviced but, this tires plus does their best to make sure you leave happy and satisfied with their service.

A+++! I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs. I was traveling from out of town and found myself there twice! Lucky me LOL! I started off with a flat tire within 1 hour arriving to my destination :-(. I brought it to this location to honor my warranty and it was fixed in no time, thank you for getting me back on the road quickly! Event #2 while traveling was a dead battery. I solved that problem through another provider and a day later, another dead battery! OMG, only me. Due to Covid, my towing service would not allow me in the tow truck .. grr... so I'm in a strange town and now I've got to figure out a way to get my car to Tires Plus again and figure out what's going on with the electrical system that I'm blowing batteries! Anyway, I was greeted by Bill, (I think) the manager, nice guy, and very knowledgeable. He could see the frustration in my explanation of what's going on with my electrical system because now, my brake lights were on and the car isn't on! LOL.. again, only me! He knew right away what it was, a good guess anyway so I left my car and said, "do whatever.. if it's something major call me, if not, I'll see you in a few hours"...I was exhausted at this point. 2 hours later I came back, the car was done and Bill was correct, the mechanic who worked on it was awesome, the rep that checked me out was outgoing and friendly and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and compassion... bless all of you!

They were warm and kind when approaching the desk. They plugged the whole in my tire quickly, while I waited.. At checkout, it was done as a courtesy!! Amazing place, now I won’t go anywhere else

Kevyn Pizon I believe is his name is very knowledgeable and helpful every time that we go here! I take my car here for any issues that I have now not just oil change and tires. He helped me after a dealership told me I needed my entire motor replaced he gave me alternate options that actually worked.

There are many auto repair dealers out there but there are few that are honest and worthy of respect. This establishment has met all of my expectations and more. They worked on my 2000 Ford Ranger to repair my master cylinder and replace the four tires. A few days after getting the truck out of the shop a problem arose. It was still leaking brake fluid. Marcos, the service advisor told me to bring it back in. They replaced some parts and returned it to me. After getting it back the second time, the brakes locked and left me stranded. They sent a tow truck and took it back. This time they replaced all of the parts at their expense. They did not take any shortcuts. They went directly to Ford, ordered the entire assembly and installed it at no additional cost. It was returned to me with an apology for the inconvenience and a coupon for a free oil change. With the time spent in labor and the additional parts, I know that they did not make much, if any, profit from the brake job. Things may go wrong but it is how the company handles the situation. Because they stood behind their work, they have gained a loyal customer who will return for other repairs and someone who will recommend this company and the staff that runs it.

I had my first ever tire blow out. I was panicked, and had zero idea what to do. Everyone at Tires Plus made me feel comfortable. They recommended a towing service that was prompt to find me , as well as, reasonably priced (Schmidts Towing). They were helpful, and didn't talk down to me. I felt respected and safe. In fact, the final cost was less than originally quoted. While I hope I never have another tire blow, I do hope that if it does it is near these wonderful folks.
