When we were considering a builder, we already had our house plans drawn up. Our first meeting with Jonathan Cortez and his team went well. We were asked so many questions on want we were looking for our forever home. Having 7 children and lots of grandkids we said we needed plenty of space for them all. Jonathan was able to quickly see ways to improve on the space we needed. Lisa and I were blown away with our new and improved house plans.
Anyone who has built a home know it doesn’t happen overnight. Edge crew kept us up to date with each step. Every crew they had were easy to work with. No matter the questions we had or the request we made, Edge Crew came through for us. Lisa and I found Jonathon had a gift for seeing the end design. We depended on him to help with inside colors and textures. The finished product was our forever dream home. We will always recommend Edge Crew to our family and friends.

They were great to work with and understood we had a budget and kept us in budget. Jonathan actually drew our house plans and Michelle helped us with the interior designs. We built with Edge crew 7yrs ago and still love my house everyday.

Before we met Jonathan, we spent 5 months going back and forth with a local home designer - frustrated because we could not come up with a floor plan that we liked. A friend recommended Edge Crew, and we met with Jonathan. We spent a couple of hours with him, sharing the things we’d like to see in our house. A week or so later, Jonathan had designed the most amazing custom floor plan for us! Michelle worked very closely with me, helping me choose paint colors, flooring, light fixtures, etc. The whole home building process could not have gone any better. 6 years later, and we still absolutely love our home!

I cannot say enough great things about Edge Crew. From the moment we walked into their office, we knew we were in the perfect hands. We came in with a vague description of "Industrial Modern" and they designed and built our absolute dream home. From foundation to fixtures, the entire crew were involved every step of the way. A+++

We had the pleasure of working with Edge Crew Construction for our custom home in Grayson County. They were hands on from the beginning with the designing, planning and executing. From the land clearing; to assure we could keep as many trees as possible; all the way to the finishing touches like our unique fireplace and kitchen design. The owner, Jonathan Cortez, met with use through multiple build points to tweak ideas to assure the style and flow of our house was seamless, beautiful and unique. Forever grateful for the exceptional work and care.

I’ve had the privilege of cleaning new builds for Edge Crew for over 6 years! The level of homes built by them are top notch! They pour many hours into their homes to ensure that they are everything the client dreams of! Would 10/10 recommend them for your next new build!!

Very impressed with their full overlay. Jonathan Cortez has been voted Citizen of year in Bridgeport, TX for his fabulous work revamping downtown Bridgeport. I've known 3 generations of the Cortez Family and they are amazing. A little girl at one project told his father "Your better than Santa Clause". This family is amazing with design and workmanship! Their office is gorgeous. 1st Class of Wise Co. at it's best!
