Dittman Eyecare - Grove City

I had a fantastic appointment recently as a new patient. Emily at the front was welcoming and helpful, Shana has been great with billing questions and discussing glasses. The tech Ashleigh was wonderful- explaining each test and the reasons for it. Dr. Dittman was extremely thorough and informative. Really appreciated all the time and information given. Would highly recommend this team!

My appointment with the Grove City office was great experience as usual. Mel greeted meet with a warm conversation and answering all my question with billing. That lasted till Ashleigh took me back for tests. Ashleigh very respectful and polite putting me through the test. Answering any questions I had. Once Ashleigh realized I would get a better reading once my eyes were dilated opted to retake one of my tests. I have had trouble with certain test so was elated to retake it.
DR. Dittman........;} What can I say. Throughly enjoy his conversations, and is on top of his game!!!! My eyes could not be in better hands! I am thankful for that! Out to the front of the office to pick glasses, luckily I was looking them over before I went for test. Now my eyes are dilated trying to pick. Shana was so patience! I had mention I wanted to change my style to a little more edgy. Shana was so particular on how they laid on my face.
What I thought I had pick wasn't working. Shana was on her knees looking in drawers for that perfect pair for me. She did it! Thank you all for caring. I'm looking forward to picking up my new glasses.

My family has been seeing Dr. Dittman at the Grove City office since we moved here in 2020, and I've been seeing eye doctors for at least the last 30 years. His staff is great, including his technician, Ashley, receptionist Emily and the rest of the staff.

We have two family members with 'normal' healthy eyes, and two of us with more 'issues'. Dr. Dittman has been great in explaining everything and focusing on preventative care, rather than just giving us a prescription and sending us on our way.

He and his staff are great with kids, including high-needs kids that can find the eye exams more challenging.

Even when our insurance changed, I refused to move to another practice.

I've been to a lot of eye doctors over the years of having bad eyes, and Dittman has been the absolute best. He provides wholistic eye care, which is rare and extremely valuable.

Dr. Dittman is a kind, respectful and direct communicator (which I really appreciate). He has always answered any questions we have, even the kid's questions, with thorough understandable explanations, without making us feel silly or giving us a bunch of medical jargon.

He also understands the impact lifestyle and nutrition has on the health of our eyes and offers suggestions not only for contacts/eye glasses, but also preventative care such as diet and supplements. This is something I really appreciate. He's also not afraid to tell you if something you're doing isn't helpful.

If you want honest, evidence-based information, suggestions and care, Dr. Dittman is your guy. If you want a quick, cheap eye exam, prescription and pat on the back, this may not be the place for you.

My son and I had our eye exam at the Grove city office with Dr. Dittman. I always have a wonderful experience here. The office ladies are so nice and easy to talk to. Today I had Lexi who was so nice as always. Today was my sons 1st time and they really put him at ease!

I recommend Dr.Dittman to all of my friends and Family. The staff is easy going and knowledgeable, Lexi the technician was a sweetheart and explained what each machine was for. Emily the receptionist got me checked in quickly and assisted with checking me out. Thank you Dr.Dittman for taking the time to answer my questions! Keep up the good work!

New patient at Grove City location. First impression very friendly, relaxed environment. Piper greeted me as soon as I walked through door. Ashleigh was very friendly and explained everything she was doing(testing, what eye drops were for). Made me more relaxed. DR.Dittman very friendly and thorough. Explained all my options after my exam . Samantha was very helpful in picking out the right frames for my face shape. And Shana was very friendly at check out. Over all great experience and would recommend this practice to my friends and family.

Long time lense wearer first time visit to Dittman Eyecar in Grove City. After years of being dissatisfied with my vision I took a risk and visited a new eye doctor. It was well worth it. I wasn't pressured into costly purchase, instead educated on products. Then discussed my regular routine and the staff and doctor made recommendations. All of my questions were answered and I felt like I had a quality exam. Based on the information and recommendations I made an educated decision. Even with adjusting to a different style of contact lense I can see clearly now (pun intended). I highly recommend Dr. Dittman, Ashleigha, Emily, Sabrina, Shana, and Jen (hopefully I got the spellings correct). Thank you all for leading me into clear vision.

I had a great experience at the Grove City office last week. It was my first time at Dittman’s & wont be my last. The technician (Sabrina), optician (Sam), & Dr. Dittman himself, were all very professional, positive, & helpful during the check-in, filling out the paperwork, the eye exam, (respectively) & the ordering of my new glasses.

Wow….from the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted and waited on with enthusiasm and great customer service. The office was busy, too so that was doubly appreciated.:)
Loved the staff - Shana was so helpful and Ashleigh and Sabrina were fantastic in testing and explaining. Dr. Dom - was so kind, thorough and positive --- making the whole exam a good experience. I had my eyes tested /eyes dilated ...he explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend Dittman Eyecare- customer for life - sorry guys you are stuck with me now!

I visited Dittman Eyecare in Grove City, as a new patient, for my annual exam. Barb was really nice and welcoming. Shana was knowledgeable and professional. The way that Shana and Dr. Dittman worked together was refreshing, you can tell it is a great work environment. Kelly assisted me in deciding the best way to utilize my insurance, she was awesome. Overall, I had a great first experience at Dittman Eyecare and will look forward to returning in the future.

This was my first time at Dittman Eyecare, and I was very satisfied! Barb helped figure out our new vision insurance with no problems at all. Shannon was a massive help as she sat with me for what felt like forever while I tried contact lenses for the first time, she is truly amazing, and very patient!! Dr. Dittman was also a massive help with talking through what options I had when it came to my new glasses and contact options. Kelly helped when I finally settled on what frames I wanted and made that process super easy. I would highly recommend this practice!

As a long time patients, I can't tell you how EXCITED I was that Dittman Eyecare opened up a location in Grove City, PA!!! Walking in, my daughter and I were welcomed by Barb, who reviewed our information and got us checked in for our appointment.

Shannon was so good with keeping my daughter's attention!

Kelly helped us pick out her glasses and order my contacts. She was well informed on my insurance and was able to help us get what we needed.

My daughter is SOOOO thrilled with her new glasses! She even was able to get them with transitions so that her eyes are protected outside during recess at school and the Non Glare that helps her in the classroom.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dittman. He is very knowledgeable in eye health and takes time to listen to his patients. He is even able to do my diabetic eye exams! His kindness and care is what keeps us coming back time and time again.

Clean office, friendly staff, KID FRIENDLY, selections of eyeglasses and contacts for everyone! Highly recommend this office.

Everyone is so nice. They are all very friendly. They make you feel welcome and you are not just a number. Ashleigh the tech was awesome. She explained every test they did and what the test was for.

I went in for my annual eye exam and contact exam at the Grove City Office. Amanda, Shana, Sabrina, Sam, and Dr. Dittman made me feel like they cared. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was greeted when I entered and the check in process was smooth. The pre-exam, exam, browsing, and check out process were also smooth. They ensured the equipment used for my exam was sanitized. They took the time to answer any questions, chat, and help me understand the process. They also have a wonderful assortment of glasses and sunglasses. They also helped me get the best deals I could.

We recently moved to the area and I had my first appointment at Dittman Eyecare in Grove City. Sabrina and Shana were very delightful and pleasant when I arrived and helped me get registered and processed very quickly. Dr. Domachowski was very helpful in getting me a better prescription for my contacts and explained in detail what he was looking for regarding overall eye health.

This was my first visit to Dittman Eyecare as a new patient. I have been going to the same eye doctor for years and wasn’t happy with him or the staff. It definitely was time for a change. I began to google optometrists in the area, and saw that Dittman Eyecare received five stars, and they are deserving of those five stars! Barb greeted me promptly and warmly and reviewed my information to get me checked in. A few minutes after that, I met Shana the technician for my pre-screening. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional who took her time explaining what she was doing and the reasoning for it. Next stop, Dr. Dittman. I don’t know how to describe him other than awesome! He is extremely friendly, took his time with my eye exam, and patiently listened to and answered any questions that I had. Did I mention the fact that he is very knowledgeable?! He spoke to me of new techniques that my previous doctor told me that I was not a candidate for. I was extremely excited to hear that! At the end of my visit, I sat with Wendy the optician who help me pick out a pair of frames. She was great and funny too! Dr. Dittman treats his staff with the utmost respect which I believe creates an extremely positive workplace. Overall, I had a great, first experience at Dittman Eyecare, and highly recommend this office!

I was seen for my yearly eye exam and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. Devin was extremely courteous and competent. Dr. Dittman answered all of my questions and had great recommendations for solving my minor issues. Wendy was very helpful during check out and was crucial in determining which contacts would work best based on my insurance coverage. Highly recommend!

I was so grateful and impressed with this team of people. Dr. Domachowski was a blessing as he described to me my eye health. This was the first appointment where there was some hard things to talk about and his manner was professional, honest, caring, and deeply invested in how I would feel walking out of the office. Kelly was SO patient as she talked with me for a long time, answering my questions as I carefully tried to determine the best purchase for my budget and style preferences. She never once made me feel like she was in a rush to get rid of me... and she was so knowledgeable and honest on all the products I asked about. Wendy greeted me and set the tone for a friendly and familiar office (though it was my first time coming!), and Devin took care of me well as technician, letting me get to know and banter with him. Excellent care received during my yearly eye exam. Hanna greeted me and provided a friendly atmosphere in reception. Devon greeted me and set me up in the exam room, completing routine eye tests prior to Dr. Brandtonies entering the room. Dr. Brandtonies was very thorough and shared a lot of in depth information about my eye health during and after her exam. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything well. She offered suggestions on what I could do to improve and maintain my eye Health until my next appointment in 6 months. I was very impressed with the care I received. I recommend Dittman Eyecare heartily to anyone needing eye care.
