Build-A-Bear Workshop

We took 4 teenage girls in here (not planned) for a birthday. They had a BLAST! It was so much fun even for the older girls. The workers were so nice.

Wonderful experience building a new friend with Goddaughter for her b-day. Customer service are extremely friendly and kind. I am taking my son next 💙

Very straightforward easy process. Staff members were the highlight. With a lot of youth not caring much about their jobs, the 2 women here were very pleasant and helpful. Shiann in particular was amazing. My son felt so comfortable he went to hug her. She was great. Definitely deserves some recognition

Took My Niece For Her Birthday she loved it

Came here as a surprise with hubby and he got me a couple of stuffed teddys to make my day he even got to name them and put his voice in them this place is amazing

Took my niece and nephews here. The staff was verrrrry welcoming, and helpful. The store was tidy and clean. You can't believe all the additional items for your B.A.B. I felt like a kid watching the children Build Their Bears. Thank you.

I went to a build a bear in the falls and the employee there basically refused my exchange for a faulty bear i recieved via mail, gave me a bad experience. I didnt wanna wait shipping times so I decided to drive 35 mins here to see if theyd help me (as stated onnthe website that they do take returns/exchanges within 90 days, which i got this bear last week) the two girls here were super nice. They understood and helped me no problem. I have OCD and I like my bears a certain way and the first lady was just rude and lacked customer service. This build a bear is alot nicer. Its not white. It reminds me of the old build a bear .

I love the care that they put into making these teddy's. I went in with my grand daughter and got her the cutest little colorful teddy bear with a mermaid dress. The young lady that made it all happen was great.

Took my daughter here and the staff was amazing. They really made her feel so special, honestly comparable to Disney vibes. They let her rub the stuffed animal's heart and help with stuffing. My daughter left calling the staff by name and asking me when we would be back. There was a large selection of animals to build and a nice clearance section too.

Customer service is top tier!! I visited a few Build a Bears in several other states but this one is very clean and has the best staff!

A unique experience, not only for the little ones but the kids at heart as well. Once you choose a furry friend, you proceed to the machine where you stuff it and personalize it by adding a heart with a heartbeat effect, or a recorded message with your own voice. You can also add a scent. Afterwards you just get clothing and accessories. Great variety of choices. Staff is very friendly and have great interaction with everyone. The more you add the pricier it gets but in my opinion, the average price for a furry friend with a heart, scent, 2 outfits and a couple of accessories will run you about $80.

I love Build A Bear Workshop. Even as an adult I can't walk by without stopping in, and yes, sometimes even buying a new bear. (OK OK, MOST times buying a new bear!) The staff is always friendly upbeat, positive... they always try to make the experience special, they are very patient with little ones, and they are good about making sure to offer any specials, discounts or promotions so you don't feel like you missed out on anything (but they are never pushy!) Overall, I have been a customer of BABW for about 20 years!!! You can also buy online and choose to bring your purchase into the store to stuff personally, which for the online exclusives or area-specific limited editions is great because you want that bear, but also want the experience of stuffing it yourself. Highly recommended for all ages and as gifts for any occasion, age, and gender! There is something for everyone, and there is something special that happens when you gift a stuffed personalized bear to someone who typically doesn't get things like that. The smile you get, you can tell it is their inner child lighting up and shining through from the unexpected nostalgia. You KNOW they are gonna hug it, even if not right in front of you :)

We had such an amazing day at Build-A-Bear it was amazing they are the most coolest place to go there's so much fun they're so nice they're incredible excellent customer service lots of happy memories. So glad we went
