HORRIBLE!! the alarm system rang and the owner made me come back and take everything out of my bag, I clearly did not take anything I was only looking RIGHT in front of him and made me take my pockets out and literally took out a whole metal detector to search my clothes, he was calling someone and was about to make me speak on the phone with whoever it was. This was so embarrassing because there were other people leaving the store at the same time as me and he didn’t call them out but shouted at me. This is extremely unprofessional. He kept saying it was necessary to do but in other stores when the alarm goes off it is disregarded by the employee. Will never be going back to this store ever again, the prices are outrageous and employees are extremely unprofessional.

I saw a hello kitty Dino stuffed animal that I liked a lot. I brought it to the register to pay for it. The tag said 799 when I got to the register the man said no I cannot buy it because it was 3699. It was Miss Mart I told him he had to sell the animal to me by law because that’s the price that it was smart, and he was very rude and would not let me purchase the stuffed animal for 799.

Hoy topic or box lunch had more anime stuff than this "Anime" store

You can get all this stuff online on eBay, Amazon, or Wish (where most of their products come from) for a fraction of the price. Talk about a HUGE markup on their stuff. Many bootleg items costing way more than they should.

Some things are way too overpriced. The guy who worked today didn't even look up or say anything when people came in, just glued to his phone playing some sort of game. Looks like they hire people who have no customer service skills and do nothing. Maybe I should apply too since all I have to do is be glued to my phone, how hard can that be.

This place is ridiculously overpriced. No way I’m buying anything here.
