My first couple visits to the local Leslies store a bit disappointing, but lately I'm impressed with their staff. They seem honest and knowledgeable about pools in general, but they all jumped through hoops to try and help me resolve a problem I've been having with my salt cell. One employee helped me track down the receipt of the home owner who installed my salt cell to see if maybe it was under warranty. While that didn't end up working out the staff on the help line have been helpful as well trying to help me track down a replacement. After coming to find out the manufacturer may not support my system anymore the staff of the local store went out of their way to help me find replacement parts. One of them even went so far as tearing apart a salt cell display to get me the detail I needed. I will definitely be going back for continued support such as parts, water testing, maintenance supplies, and inflatable pools toys. Great work.

Best customer service especially from Mr. Clay Rollins. He takes time to explain what chems are best for the pool's needs and does a great job of not just selling you a product you wouldn't necessarily need to use. I love the staff here because there is never a dumb question and they always have an answer. As someone whom has worked in the pool Industry for 8 years, it says a lot when you can count on other pro opinions and you can be assured that the advice given will go a long way. Thanks guys.

I was waiting to pick up someone so I had a moment to stop in and check out the goods. The inventory was decent with a few things I'd never seem before. Prices were reasonable and when they were a little higher than the great Wal of economic sheep herding the product was of higher quality. The attendant was friendly and didn't mind all my questions even when I rushed out empty handed to pick up my patient. Great place. It's summer. I'll definitely be back to spend money.

Tammy is the manager and she is fantastic! My pump stopped working the day before a holiday... I drove over and she helped me get a new pool pump and moved me to the top of the list for an install, on the holiday! Ricardo was the technician and he was totally awesome! They are worth the drive for me and will have all my pool business as long as I own the house.. totally exceeded my expectations!

I greatly appreciate the curbside service as I have been getting Chlorine refills this way since the beginning of the Pandemic and by chance I always seem to go when Robert is working and he's always friendly on the phone when I call to let him know I'm outside and provides fast service. He's an asset to the Company.

Friendly and helpful services, pricing could be a little less but overall we have a good experience everytime.

I recently had a inground pool installed and have come to Leslie's to get my water tested. I've been here twice now, and both employees that worked with me are experienced and well informed.

Very helpful. Dealt with a gent called Bob. Even though they did not have part in stock. Made some useful suggestions and asked me to pop back in if I needed further help.

I've been going here for 12 years, and I've always had five star service from every associate working the store. Won't go anywhere else!

All there seems to give me great service and values my business. I like a distance to get there and I pass 3 other pool companies.

Everyone that works here is always super nice. Really does make a difference, even if it's just for something as simple as chlorine for your pool.
