Stopped in to fix a rattling bolt I told my wife I’d handle (6 months ago, to be fair…).

Had I known it would be in out and done in 5 minutes I would have done it sooner.

Dennis the store manager was great. In 6 years as a technician I could never get parts this quickly.

Keep running a great store Dennis. I hope management recognizes your hard work and awesome team. They need people like you to promote an incredible customer experience at the executive level.

Dennis (the store manager) is a class act! My husband and I stopped to fix a rattling panel. He was quick to help find the right hardware, then broke out the tools to help. Super friendly, awesome sense of humor. O’Reillys better watch their game if AutoZone hires more people like Dennis.

My husband said he wished his commercial account managers were this great back in his wrenching days. In out and done in under 5 minutes, no exaggeration. It took longer to pay.

I went to this place because my Jeep Grand Cherokee eco Diesel had an issue with DPF 100% full. I had taken it to the dealer and they charged me a lot which did not take care of the problem at all. At AutoZone, I met Dennis who was very helpful and did everything to help me out. I totally recommend this place to fellow customers. 5 stars

It was the most pleasant experiences I had with an auto parts store. Both the young lady & the 2 gentlemen who worked there were helpful & attentive. Even making sure that the help I needed was received. I will promote this location & it's employees to everyone I know. They did not seek to take advantage, they sought to help. One of their regular customers who has his own business doing mobile repairs assisted me in doing what I needed help on & fixed what was wrong. I'm grateful to all of the employees there & their attention to detail.

I went there to get my battery tested and the gentleman that helped me came out and told me I needed a new battery he was very helpful there was a piece over my battery that he had to remove so he did everything and remove the battery put the new one in and then he tested the other things that go with the battery did a very good job was very nice very kind professional and I appreciate that cuz it's a great help when you

A HUGE thank you to Dennis & Joe. They were a tremendous help to me today. Driving through from out of town and had a major oil leak. It was the first place I saw and pulled in to ask for help. They identified the problem, fixed it, and I was back on the road home. Thank you, so much!!

First thing in the morning, car won't start. Pulled into Autozone at 8:12 AM. Greeted by Keisha who handled my battery sale and Dennis installed the new battery lickity split and I was out the door by 8:30. Painless and pleasant experience with great cuastomer service! Visit them -you won't be disappointed.

Store employee was super nice and very helpful. Went in for a battery charger for my lawn mower and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Charger works great. Thanks

Every time I go in I’m always treated with respect by Mindy she’s always Johnny on the spot. Iv worked with a few of the man in the past and they wore not very helpful. Usually when I go in I always go to Danielle or Mindy as they both have helped me in the past and got the job done right.

Yesterday, Terrance at the cashier helped me, my sister and brother-in-law get some brake pads and rotors. He was very kind, friendly and informative and also passionate about his customer service relations and helping us find what we needed. I had my low beam light go out around 7:30 p.m. and I saw the Auto Zone store. I had to replace the connector which was burned, and held the light as well as the light itself. The manage on duty got me the items I needed and was nice enough to loan me some electrical tape from his truck so I could tape up the bare wires. I asked the young lady that was sweeping the floor before closing if she could help me out for a minute and she did so with a smile. With her help, and a few laughs, I was able to get my light wired and back in place correctly. Thank you JC for the assist, I really appreciated your help and moral support...lol. I had a 2 hour drive back home and did not want to get a ticket for having my headlight out. If the owner reads this review, please let JC know I really appreciate her for taking time to help me. Got my parts in less than 24hrs customer service was great.

Very helpful and friendly even 5 minutes before closing they took car of my vehicle with a battery change without any hesitation. 5 Stars Bravo AutoZone you Rock!
