I have been in my Butler Home since 1998! Their service was exceptional and built an incredible home. The decision to go modular proved to be cost effective and my home was built exactly the way I wanted it. I was fortunate to be living only a few miles from the factory and was able to watch my home be built. Since then Butler Homes has built another home for me and several for friends. I will use them again when the time comes. Thank you Harold & Dan.

In 1993 I ordered a home from Future Home Technologies in Port Jervis and contracted Butler Homes to set, finish the home and build a two car garage. Although it has been quite some time since we moved into our home, I thought it would be important to recognize that 25+ years later that my family has never once looked back at that experience with anything than complete respect for the entire process. Dan and Harold Butler took care of everything with the type of care and professionalism that you could only hope to have from a contractor and have been there for us ever since. In fact, as a result of doing such an amazing job with our home, several of our friends who were in the market for homes shortly after ended up using the Butler Homes as their builder. Our family has lived in Sullivan County for decades and we have seen many builders and modular companies come and go. I am happy to see that the Butlers continue to build homes in our area, clearly, based on the growing recommendations of happy customers. I would recommend their company to anyone looking for a builder that will do exactly what they were contracted to do and to take the worries out of the process.
I have always believed that the quality and the conditions under which modular construction takes place allows for an excellent finished product. With the advancements that have taken place in the industry over the last 25 years, it is quite amazing to see what can be built today, at such a reasonable cost. Although we have added onto our original build and customized much of what was originally installed back in 1993, the home we purchased and that the Butlers built for us has truly stood the test of time.

My family and I would highly recommend the Butlers to construct your home. They were thorough and determined to make our home into the wonderful dream that we had hoped for. The land that we purchased was not the most conducive but in the end our house and landscaping turned out great. The Butlers were honest and creative in looking for ways to make the project work.

I have been Butler Homes factory rep for close to 30 years now..a finer group of individuals you cannot find...Church, Family and Work comes to everything they do...in all those years , I cannot remember a single instance where I even quoted a home for Mike Andro , much less built a home for him. He has confused Butler Homes with someone else..and his post should be given absolutely no credence..Now about Harold, Sheri and Dan Butler,,very fine people who do the quality work we all talk about...both Dan and Harold are to be classified as true craftsman in everything they do...In fact..Harold is the one who taught me as a young salesman how to use a cad program...he was and is that far ahead of all others....

The Team at Butler Homes does it right! We recently contacted them for pricing on a new home. although I haven't found a piece of property yet, Harold at Butler Homes customized our dream home within our price range.
If you are looking for a family oriented business, Look no further!

Have used them many times in the past , when in the business. They helped rebuild our house after fire in 1989. Just goes to show you they been around a long time. Still doing fine work and comfortable to work with. Always gave us what was contracted.
Makes me want to build another home. Too many years gone by, they always bring a smile to my heart.

We was able to find our dream home design with Butler Homes. And if all goes well we will start building by summer.

Sadly I had called the office more that 3 times and left messages for a return call to either speak on the phone or set an appointment. Never received a call back.
I decided to swing by the office just to check things out. Locked up no one in office and sign states call for an appointment.. hmm don't figure.
Even called that day and stated I was outside the office please call back and nothing very disappointed in Butler.
Especially with their business being know in orange county area for over 50yrs
