CJ, the electrician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a transfer switch and wired up the breaker box to hook up a generator during power outages.

$136.36 for 15 min to tell me a part would be $500.00 plus labor. As a single woman living on SS they could tell me anything.

If you're wanting an hvac company with a poor attitude, Look no further! Everyone I dealt with had the worst mood except for the actual installers. The person that came for the initial bid talked down to me as a woman and acted like I knew nothing and my questions were irrelevant. We had an issue with the return vent not fitting properly and had to have another one ordered. When I called to check on the status after 3 weeks, the person I spoke with wanted me to pay 90% of the bill. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable paying until the job was completed, I was immediately treated like I was looking to skip out on the bill and yelled at. If I had known what I was getting into with this company, I would have paid more to go with someone else. I spent almost $9000 with them and will never do business again with precise. Horrible customer service!

2 outlets in kitchen were not working, Called to replace afaulty circuit breaker. They charged me over $300. No estimate given before he did work. Will never use them again

I had an appointment with them. Never showed never called

We called them with a plumbing emergency as they were the only ones in the area with 24 hour plumbing service. It has been 5 hours and no one has called or come. Good thing we got the water turned off at the street or we would have had a worse mess. Will not use them again.
