I had a great experience with Richard's heating. I'm new to the area, and just needed them to check out my hvac and have them clean out and give me a tutorial of how to work my propane fireplace. They got me in within a day and Adam showed up. He was very courteous and professional. The price was reasonable also. Highly recommend!

Aaron and his crew did an outstanding job removing my old system and installing the new. Very polite, efficient and timely. Adam was great to work with in evaluating my replacement options. The real selling point was Charlie and his extraordinary service in maintaining the old system. First class operation all around.

My husband & I came in late from out of town during a heat advisory to no air conditioning in our home. I called around 11:30 PM to leave a message for the following morning. The on-call technician answered right away, asked questions, took my information, and someone was here to replace our condenser before 9 AM the next day! Needed to have AC unit checked during recent heat wave that's ongoing. Wasn't an emergency and cooling was going on. But system running hard. Had no apparent but service team got to me within an hour of inquiry. All ok.. Just running hard due to extreme temperatures. Great response and through checks. Call them if need.

When buying the house here in Cherokee Village, I needed a whole new HVAC system. Richard's provided the new unit along with the installation. I've not had any problems with it since. I discovered shortly afterward that I needed a new dryer exhaust run from our house attic across the garage attic and out of the garage. Tight spaces to work in, but they accomplished it and I've not had any problems there since. I was so happy with their service that when we put new windows in our back room and added a ptack unit, we had Richard's provide the unit and install it. Always friendly and knowledgable, I find them a trustworthy source for my HVAC needs!

Was on the weekend and my A/C went out. Called a d they were there within 5 minutes. Fixed my unit in
about out 30 minutes. Great job.

Very responsive timing. Id say they showed up within 45 minutes, very professional and nice. They man was informative and explained the situation and what i can do to further prevent and fix the problem if it occurs again.

Great heat and air service. I called about 15 minutes before they closed on evening and told them I had a problem with my air and they sent someone out with in 15 to 20 minutes.

Job well done, now have heat. Fast service, Adam was polite and knew what he was doing. Thank you................
