My husband and I absolutely love this AutoZone location. We have been coming here consistently for over three years now. The staff are so honest and helpful. It is a completely different experience than the O’Reillys that is down the street. We come here often and we love that we can trust the staffs recommendations. They go above and beyond for us. We are so grateful.

My hubby and I are expecting our first baby in 2 weeks and I found myself with a dead battery after my Dr appointment yesterday! We have one of the most complex battery changing systems ever and had zero idea how we were going to swap out our new battery. Not only did this crew come to our aid, they walked my hubby step by step through the changing process for the future! We appreciate you all and are so grateful for your time! 🙏

I bought a windshield wiper replacement that flew off my windshield on the interstate only a couple weeks after purchasing it. I recovered the blade and duck-taped it back on, then told the Auto Zone staff member what happened. He replaced it without any fuss and made my week! Good people!

Kimberly was very nice and friendly. He came out in the rain to fix my head light. I call her my guardian angel. She works at the Everett branch on Evergreen highway.

I will recommend her to anyone.

Amazinggggg customer service. As someone who isn’t a car person I really appreciate the employees who helped me out. I came in after Les Schwab around the corner basically told me my car has entirely wrong brake parts and it’s deadly for me to be driving like this. I called my mechanic and he was 100% that he had the right parts and they were installed properly. At autozone I was originally buying wheel caps and the employee offered to put them on for me in POURING rain. While doing so I told him all about my Les Schwab experiencand he debunked absolutely everything. He looked up my VIN# showefrom my brake pads to my rotors and more - he confirmed that my mechanic got the right parts and explained what the potential problem is (he ended up being right). He then pulled out parts from the back, showed pictures, diagrams and other examples to calm my nerves after les Schwab literally made me think I was going to die. I ended up going back to Les Schwab with my knew knowledge and they were dumbfounded that I even came back and let alone came with proof that they’re lying. Don’t know the employees name but thank you to the ginger bearded guy. A seperate time I came in and needed a new battery. I was talked through all questions I had and he installed my battery despite the bad weather within like 4 minutes. Don’t know his name either but he had shoulder length brown hair.

On the Christmas eve I had battery failure. I drove to AutoZone from Kirkland. Arsenni demonstrated awesome customer centric attitude. Arsenni helped me a lot,.guided me how to install battery. thank you very much AutoZone and in particular to Arsenni for raising the bar on customer service.

The employees at this AutoZone were very kind and very helpful! I needed to replace my battery and stoplight switch and they helped me through the whole process. Zack (I think the manager) helped me with replacing my battery and was very nice! Thanks for all of your help!

Last week I was directed to this store by a rude employee at AutoZone Bellevue (where I had unpleasant experience multiple times) and warmly welcomed by Glenn. He's a really good person that shows him empathy and caring to the customers. I had a battery incorrectly installed by AutoZone Bellevue and they refused to fix it ASAP due to their staff shortage. After several disappointing visits to AutoZone Bellevue (because of the incorrect battery installation), I was suggested to this Autozone in Kirkland. Glenn helped me immediately without any hesitations and even said sorry to me for what I had gone through (On the contrary, the disgruntled guy at AutoZone Bellevue never said a sorry to me and kept using excuses, which made me feel that it is me instead of them made something wrong). Glenn helped me fix the issue within 10 mins and it made my day! Thank you Glenn and I hope AutoZone can hire more people like you to keep their bar!

Gerardo is awesome. Best employee. Needed to fix my headlight, and couldn’t figure out if the issue was electrical or if the bulb was out after hours of YouTube and another shop needing to $80 to diagnose the problem: He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and fixed it hands on without charge. Friendly reminder, There are good people in this world just willing to help. Wish I could tip. Great service!!

I often don't need help when going to auto parts stores I typically already know what I'm looking for. But I got to throw these guys a five star bone. If not for anything else good conversation. But they are also very informative as well. Not to mention from time to time they're my customers too and they always drop what they're doing to sign for the package so I can get back on my way. You guys rock keep up the hard work.

I was looking for the correct pair of windshield wipers for my car and one if the staff showed me in the computer. I picked them up and paid for them and he asked me if I would like them installed. I said he's and he did. He then had me test them for proper installation and working order. His is the best customer service I have ever received from an auto parts store. Awesome job guys. Keep it up.

I'm a business owner in Kirkland, recently my friend referred me to AutoZone Kirkland. I've been working with O'Reilly for a long time but I can feel a huge difference now. Apologies to my friends at O'Reilly but it's true. The first time I met Han in the commercial department, OMG he is the best salesman I've ever seen. He was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. Also, the lady who's serving in the commercial department, she's very respectful and knowledgeable. Great employees, above and beyond, awesome customer service, and best prices available locally. Your company should be proud of you! I am so impressed with the service I received at this store. I showed up on Thanksgiving eve about 2 hours before closing. My car's alternator had just gone out, so I limped it the last five miles to the closest parts store I could find, which was here. Julian was the guy who helped me, and he truly was fantastic. He brought the tester out to test my battery, starter, and alternator. My alternator tested bad, which was backed up by the red battery light on my dash. After buying a new alternator, I asked Julian if they had tools I could borrow to do the repair in the parking lot. Fortunately, they did, so I went to work. While I changed out the alternator, Julian installed the wiper blades I'd bought. When we were all finished, he helped me collect tools and clean everything up. It's getting rarer and rarer to find employees who go above and beyond, but this employee really saved our night. Thanks, Julian!
