Firestone Complete Auto Care

I called at the end of the day close to closing due to a low tire. The person who answered mentioned that they were backed up on vehicles, and I did mention I could find another place, but he told me to come in if I was willing to wait. Considering I drive 100 miles a day, I did not mind waiting to be safe. I did not end up waiting long and they fixed my tire and he was very friendly. I am grateful.

I find that the employers at Firestone are very helpful and we'll go the extra step to make sure things are probably done correctly and they take there time to explain things. Customer service very good and for that I recommend Firestone to family and friends.

Service was great and estimated time for finishing was just about right.

I always get an honest answer and great service when I go there ... PLUS .. they are always nice about putting air in my tires before I head out of town ...

This location is fast and honest, cheaper prices and you can almost always get in the same day you call or walk in.
Observing face masks and social distancing as well, which is great.
I got my vehicle inspection done in no time and they aren't overly strict on a little check engine light either.

We were in town from San Antonio, had a recent tire rotation and balance and after arriving realized my back tire was off center (not straight for a FWD). Having bought from a competitor who were already closed and would remain through our return trip, I called Firestone to see if they could double check the torque due to vibration on the drive in. It was 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and Chris was very accommodating and willing to check it out to make sure we were okay to make the trip home. Very much appreciated him putting my mind at ease traveling alone with two kids. We made it home safe. Thank you Chris! (Sorry if your spelling is different)

I arrived less than an hour before closing time and there were several customers in the waiting room. I was greeted as if there was still plenty time left and treated as if I were the only customer
of the day. They didn't get to my car until afrer business hours (2 team members stayed behind to make sure my mechanical needs were address). I watched through the bay as rhe mechanic checked my car. He didnt rush - in fact he methodically went over my car as if it was his own. My issue was resolved and my keys returned to me. When I asked how much I owed - he smiled and said you're all taken care of and you don't owe us a thing. That is how loyal nd repeat customers are won.

I went in for a set of four tires and was in and out quickly. They also did a courtesy check on my car, including checking my battery at no charge. I was very happy with the quick turnaround.

I enjoy my the pleasant experience and employees who I deal with. Their great and fast, with little to hardly no long waiting periods.

I got my wheels aligned here.
Payed about the same as anywhere else but the service was fast and professional.
Will definitely come back and refer a friend.

Andrew Gurley and Daniel Flores the Mechanic did a Great job by helping me identify issues with my vehicle that could of been severe. They were very professional about it, saved me money and probably my life! Thanks Guys!
