Great customer service! I moved back to Benton to take care of my parents. They have so many locks and doors and we ran into some issues. Not only did KeyD give me advice and suggestions, they were super nice and helpful when we came by their office! I can't recommend them enough. 5 stars is not enough.

These guys are awesome... Took care of programming my smart key fob quickly and with friendly service.

Rather than buy a second dealer key fob, which costs a fortune, I bought an OEM uncut fob online and then took it to KeyD and they got it programmed and the key cut for much less than a dealership would charge. Will need coming back for all future key needs in the future!

These guys are awesome. Brought in a tough motorcycle ignition with dirt in it, and they wouldn’t let the bike win. They showed my bike full attention the entire time and even took apart my gas tank cap completely so they could get a better look at that lock. Thanks guys. Wish I had asked for your names.

On Christmas day my son locked his keys into his running car. I called KeyD Locksmith and not only were they servicing on the holiday but John was here in less than 25 minutes! Excellent customer service! I would use them again for any of my locksmith needs and encourage others to do the same!

I've used Key'd three different time over the last couple of months and each time they have been fantastic. They came up with a solution each time while I waited for a reasonable price. The last time I was there, an employee drove out to their service truck to retrieve a part they didn't have in the shop. They even stayed open a few minutes late as I had some other errands to run. Justin came to my rescue after I had a terrible experience with a different shady scheming locksmith. Justin was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and was very quick! He also fixed my door handle which the first locksmith broke and I was able to open my door. I paid no more than $200 for the keys. I was very happy with his service and he is very professional! I would have given him a bigger tip if I could, snce he saved me so much trouble! If you need an honest dependable locksmith Justin is the best!

I normally don't leave reviews, but Justin is amazing! We have been through a lot the past 2 months getting our hyundai up and going and when we got to a point where we were lost, I had called all the mechanics around they said dealer only and the dealer was a pain to get ahold of. I called keyD just as a last minute try before hauling this thing to a dealer and letting it sit for how ever long. Justin said he could try no promises well 2 days of him helping out we now have a car that is drivable! Thank you again! Will recommend this guy to anyone and everyone. If I ever need another locksmith service this will be the only place I'll call!

Super satisfied! After two failed attempts from lesser quality locksmiths, KeyD had my semi unlocked in less than a minute! Justin was very knowledgeable and professional! 10/10 would lock my keys in my truck again to have you unlock it again!

We were traveling through Arkansas and stopped in Bryant to spend the night. While packing up our truck we locked the keys in the truck with it running and our dog inside!!! We called Key’d, Justin answered, showed up 5 minutes later and got out truck unlocked quickly! He was friendly, professional and polite!!!! If I was ever in this area and needed a locksmith, Key’d would be my first call!!!

Listen, these guys are the best! They do basically any key! FOBS, Proximity key, boat, motorcycle, lawnmower! And the prices!!! And house calls!! Super knowledgeable and with the latest tech there isn’t much they can’t do!
