Was on the phone with Clearview Pulaski store yesterday 1/4/2017 for almost 3 hours trouble shooting the pellet stove. Mind you the stove is 12 years old, yet they took the time and patience to walk me thru several proceedures and finally got the stove running. They could have just said I need a service call but they stuck with me, got the stove running and saved me the charge of a service call. Thank you so much. You guys are the best..Richie,.
