Our Verizon Wireless Rep Nicole was absolutely AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I appreciated her answering all my questions and her help in upgrading our phones. Nicole treated me like a valued customer and didn't talk down to me. I will NEVER go to a big corporate store again. Nicole has put Pulaski on the map for more than Salmon fishing! Gold star service!!!

Deanne was fantastic with helping my wife set set up her new phone. Things took longer than expected and we came closer to closing than we thought with how long everything took and she stayed late to help us get it all set up. She was such a great help!

I have been at the Pulaski store and Nocole was fantastic. She spent time with me and answered all my questions and helped me get my phone back in order. One day she spent 2 hours to fix my bill. Excellent employee please keep her.

Needed to upgrade my son’s phone quickly before his leave home from the NAVY was over so he had a working phone and entertainment on deployment. Dave went way out of his way to get a phone suitable in memory storage with only a couple in stock hours away at another store on a holiday! Phone arrived today. Dave made sure all his pictures, movies and music downloaded. I am so grateful to Dave for making the impossible happen.
