My fave starbucks in the area. The coffee is always hot and perfect tast! Never burnt. I love the honey almond flatwhite and I feel like every Starbucks makes it different... the one here is always amazing. Great staff great service

Always my go to Starbucks when I am in the Kentlands! The drinks are always fresh. The service is always accurate and prompt! Awesome
Location. The drive through always moves fast!

They are usually pretty good, fast, and the staff is friendly. My dog loves the pup cups. Happy to have them in the neighborhood. Update: They were having an oatmilk issue but they seemed to have fixed it.

Perfectly brewed coffee and delicious dessert. The place is clean and has a nice ambiance. A perfect place if you just want to chill or work. The shop smells so good and the staff is very attentive. I'm a local real estate agent so I always make sure to visit here to buy some coffee before every appointment. My go to drinks to boost my energy!

I go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week before work. They have never messed up my order and the drive thru typically moves extremely fast. All the employees are super friendly, however I did take the time to write this review for one employee in particular. I don't know if he is new as I have never ran into him before but he truly made me morning today!! Felix you are the absolute cutest and thank you so much for just asking how my morning was going and having a real conversation with me - it's the little things people!

Brand new Starbucks with a drive-through that gets really busy at all times. Make sure you order your drink ahead of time. I like their seasonal drink specials.

The Starbucks has a good coffee base. Their coffee is better than some of the other Starbucks locations in the area. The baristas are always friendly and service is quick. This is a busy location so there might be a slight weight for your order. I would go out of my way for this location.

The bathroom is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unlike every other place that sells drinks, their cups let you drink through the lid without using a straw. I'm sure the sea turtles appreciate it. 💙

Very reliable espresso experience which is all I get at this, my local Starbucks, 2 - 3 times a week. Part of the brick walkway on the street side has become uneven and should be relaid to make it less of a trip hazard. People on their phones, you know.....

It a cozy place good ambiance beside of a variety of drinks.

Excellent customer service every single time. Z is a local celebrity, known for bringing joy to every customer he meets.

Bathrooms are always clean. Outdoor seating is nice.

Really, my only negative feedback is that the trash cans outside are almost always overflowing. Which blows trash into the parking lot and grass. This is easily fixable though.

Curteous and friendly. They are shortstaffed, could tell because baristas are working like hive bees and the wait is almost 15minutes for 1 drink. Very nice staff, and watching them work with efficiency, they know their drinks!
New store is great, please hire more help.

Today I was greeted by two employees as soon as I entered the location! I was helped immediately by Z who made my drink perfectly and quickly! I always have a wonderful experience when I come to this location. All of the employees have great attitudes and are always quick to help. Love it!

i had the most amazing experience at this starbucks today. the employees are literal angels and i’m so glad i decided to stop in because it made what would have been a bad day a lot better.

Best Starbucks around. Baristas there are very friendly. It's kept very clean and the layout is open and spacious compared to the others in town. It can get quite busy in the mornings and during the lunch rush, but they're very efficient at moving people through. The only thing this location needs is a Clover machine so they can start selling Starbucks Reserve!

This Starbucks location has a lot of good seating tables and chairs a big table that is to share and some leather chairs with side tables. You will see people working on laptops etc. The coffee and food is the same as every other Starbucks. I recommend the chocolate croissants they heat them up and are delicious.

I'm here weekly with a friend, and the staff are always nice to us. They wear masks (as they should) and so do we. The only seating is presently outdoors. I suggest you order online in advance and just pick up so that you minimize time inside the location.

Checked out the new place, I like it. it is also closer to my parents place and easier to get to. Ordering was simple and got my coffee quick and hot of course. Definitely will check this place out again next time I am up there.

My first visit to the "new" Kentlands Starbucks. Spacious and clean inside with lots of places to sit outside. Long line for the drive thru but I ordered inside and got my drink quickly.
