20240512 finally tried the Summer-Berry Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers. It was pretty good. I also picked up the pineapple cloud care that looked delicious. After hanging out for a long time, I ended up getting the honey citrus mint tea, and that was really good. The barista was nice and helpful. The interior of the store could be nicer. The chairs and tables have aged. The outdoor patio has plenty of seating and spacious with a supersized Connect 4 Game. There were many people with dogs walking in to pick up drinks... sooo cute! I love that it's dogfriendly. First Starbucks I've been to that allows dogs, and I have visited many in the East Coast.

Very busy store, but still extremely fast, friendly, and helpful service. I was impressed with how quickly the drinks came out even though they were very busy. Clean cafe with a long table for working on a laptop. A lot of outdoor seating with nice landscaping. I ordered the wrong thing first by mistake but they fixed my order very efficiently and quickly.

This Starbucks slays my life.

One of my absolute favorite Starbucks! Even though they are always awesome customer service, treat everyone like family. If I lived nearby would visit daily. Worth the drive!

Very less staffs available but good place to have a coffee in downtown.

This is such a great starbucks. It's super busy and they've always got a lot going on but orders come out fast and quick. Thanks for all your hard work. This is a very demanding job and you're all doing a bang up job

It's nice to see a full-size Starbucks. But I miss the glory days when the Founder ran the company. They served more than 2 diff roasted coffees and the cups/thermos became collectibles. I admit to having diff Starbucks cups to match my moods or environment...much more affordable than collecting sneakers. This Starbucks has outdoor seating. It sits in a great location with lots of eateries nearby and Harris Teeter. The whole area is upscale working-class and dog friendly. People scoop to keep it clean. No trash on the streets or walking. I love visiting this area.

I really do enjoy this Starbucks location, I work at the Massage Envy a few doors down and they always seem to get my order right. People here are really friendly and welcoming. This morning I wasn’t feeling all that well and was more than ready to crawl back into bed. But when I got my order I saw that my sandwich had a personalized note on it and it read “have a good day♥“, I used to work at a fast food restaurant and would always write little notes like that for our clients. So you bet your bottom dollar I appreciated that small note.

I've been a manager for two and a half years, and anytime i get good service i notice it. When i came in to get my coffee i got some of the best service ever from an employee named Lisa. She is one of the sweetest workers Ive ever had the chance of being taken care of. Anytime anyone stops by this location i hope they get Lisa because she will leave you with a good impression.

I got the Paradise Drink in trenti. It's bigger than the venti. It's my absolute favorite on a warm day. Plus, I met the most adorable puppy named after the goddess Freyja.

I live very close to this location and the last few visits, I was greeted and serviced by Wallace. Wallace always compliments my sequin face mask and is always very cheerful and friendly. On today's visit, Wallace obliged a unique request that I had on my drink order. I really appreciated it. Wallace, if you're reading this, thank you for making my visits so pleasant 🙂

Amazing staff.Always friendly and kind. They recognized that my license was in the lost&found and automatically brought it to me the next time I came in for a coffee.

Sahara, Elijah, and Sarie (I might have misspelled the last name due to auto dictionary correction) were awesome!!! These employees are the star at that location. Great service, definitely coming back here to spend all my liquid assets (cash, I mean). This team is to dream of!! Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best Starbucks!! The employees work so hard and are very friendly. When I got my drink today, another customer was not friendly to 2 employees, and the employees handled it very well.

A decent size indoors and beautiful patio outside to sit and enjoy the weather. They provide a good quality you'd expect from a Starbucks and being in a busy location as they are, they service you pretty quickly.

Love coming to this Starbucks in Downtown Crown. During various times of the day it can be quite busy but as soon as you walk inside you place your order, wait for the item or items, then receive your beverage quick meal then leave. Although there is indoor and outdoor seating available, and the WiFi is good.

A great place to socialize or plug in and get some work done. Whether you use counter service or the mobile app things are efficient and pleasant. All in all a super positive and pleasant experience and this particular Starbucks does very well.

Had a mobile order and completely placed the wrong drink. Didn’t realize until pick up that I messed up. My fault, mind you… the difference between getting a Cafe Mocha and a Mocha Frappuccino. My barista fixed it without hesitation and did it with a smile, wasn’t expecting anything but I had to ask. If that wasn’t taking care of customers, I don’t know what is.

Additionally, for an often busy location, they can get your order here, in and out, FAST!!

This has been our go-to Starbucks, between a handful, around the area!

Very friendly staff that were super organized with the morning rush of orders.
