Fast & very polite..they also let you know the total before pulling up. Great greeting and the food is fresh and clean ! Haven’t had one bad incident yet. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and the food was ready for you, fresh, hot and on time.

Unable to wash my hands.. when you are working and starving for food and swing in drive thru for a bite to eat on your way home. Ask employee if I could wash my hands somewhere and they responded.. y'all are not allowed inside here... . So no restroom and hand washing sink .. bring your own sanitizer. Food was great. And person meant no harm to me. She just seen me dirty and assumed I could contaminate area. Good work team. I wouldn't have let me in either .

Take away only at this location, drive through or pick up window. We chose the pick up window. The Krystal burgers are consistant and why we go to Krystal. The fries are excellent, crispy on the outside and tender and fluffy on the inside. The fries are enough to stop in and try.

A clean establishment with quick and friendly staff. Food is good with quality ingredients. Got exactly what I asked for and will visit again. Good work.

They are most definitely doing something right. Krystal's has been slipping downhill for years, however, this new location is awesome. The Krystal's aren't soggy... they're hot & delicious. I can't even wait to get home to eat. The staff has nothing but wonderful. Extremely friendly and efficient.

This is third time I visited here, I not from this side of town, however each time I come food is great, the staff is friendly and respectful. So sorry to see the negatives, but staff Samatha, was so nice and pleasant. It was a great experience.😀

Good morning, just grabbed a breakfast ( sausage,egg and cheese ) combo. Food was very hot and the service was fast and friendly. Will be returning as long as they keep it up ☺

Parking Lot Greeter was very friendly & courteous.. Cust Serv person taking the orders outside was also very polite.. My order was hot and CORRECT.. New location great attitudes on the opening day..
