Planet Smoothie

Shea was great. She was quick and efficient and also showed me how to enter the information on rewards on my laptop which actually gave me $5 off that order. She did not need to show me how to enter on my phone nor did she treat me like a foolish Luddite. Will definitely visit again.

This location is easily seen from the road. I didn't have to wait to place my order. The guy working there was friendly and made some suggestions. He wasn't pushy and let me take my time to decide. I finally went with the mountain man crunch with blueberries added. The medium is 32oz, so more than enough for me. It was delicious! I also got a vegan cookie. It tastes better than the "regular" cookies. I will definitely go back!

Needed a quick fix for the stomach growls in between doctor appointments. Was able to pop in and out real quick and get a yummy smoothie. Got a chocolate smoothie because who doesn’t love chocolate? 😊 I noticed while they were making my smoothie that they have some immune boosting options that have vitamin C and vitamin D. This is a great option while all this virus stuff is going on. Interior is clean and bright. Wish hey had a drive through. Don’t be fooled by the window on the side that looks like a drive through window.

Love the smoothies from this place and the customer service. The young girls that work here are super nice and friendly.

I’ve been coming to this location since the very first day it opened, and the owner and manager has really done a stand up job!! Every time I come in the greet each person and I don’t think I’ve ever had a smoothie I didn’t taste fantastic. Highly recommend!

The girls and I stopped for an afternoon snack at the Alabaster location and we were glad we did. The smoothies were really good. The place is very clean. The young ladies working provided a friendly environment. They greeted everyone who came in and worked quickly to get them served. We will be coming back again and again.

Love their delicious smoothies and they are so sweet in there!! Only change is they keep getting better!!!!

What a wonderful experience and I rarely say that when taking my 4 kids somewhere👍🏻 The staff was incredibly friendly, the store impeccably clean and the customer service on par! We need more well run businesses like this in the world today- they truly care about their investment! We will certainly be back and send all our friends as well.

Planet Smoothie is by far the best smoothie place out there! My whole family loves it! I love to try new things when I go, but my stand by is the PBJ, and my seven year old loves the Captain Kid. This store has great customer service and is so family friendly! We like to go have a healthy treat and stay and visit a while!

Went to Planet Smoothie about a week ago and loved it! I used to go to one on NC and the smoothies are just as good and I found the customer service to be even better! If you're into chocolate and PB try the Elvis, they can even sub in things like PB2. I'll be back!

Best Planet Smoothie ever!!! Madyson and Lydia are amazing and so friendly. I have been to several locations and this one is by far the best. They always make sure I am happy. I will continue to come back over and over and to recommend you all!!!!

I've been getting smoothies about twice a week for the past month. Smoothies have been awesome and they do a good job getting it to you quickly. High fives to the staff. They're doing a great job. Highly recommend.

Being one of apparently only 28 people to have never had a smoothie, I decided to take the plunge. I stopped by the Alabaster smoothie for my smoothie introduction. Quickly greeted by one of Planet Smoothie baristas (what do you call them?), I was assisted in my decision. Overwhelmed by the myriad of flavors, I eventually ordered a fruity concoction that had "Mango" in its name. I ordered a medium which 25 years ago would have been called “huge”. Only the truly glutinous could down a large in one sitting--- I think it comes with a handy shoulder strap. I will admit the smoothie is a welcomed change from sodas and milkshakes. I'll be back. If you’re in a smoothie mood, stop by the Alabaster store for a pleasant experience. Don’t worry America….they have a drive-thru.

Only downside, I haven’t figured out their morning hours yet? It says 8AM, but they usually aren’t open at 8AM. It seems to fluctuate. Call before driving over there. 😊

Welp I'm very much addicted to this place and I've only been twice. I will be going back because I want to try a BUNCH more flavors... They are delicious. The place is clean and the employees are pretty friendly.

Looks nice from the outside. Also has a drive thru. I stopped because I wanted a healthy drink while I'm sick. I was suprised to not find any wellness options. They do have some tasty sounding options that may be less healthy. A smoothie treat its mostly what you'll find.

Great convenient location and can be easily seen from the main highway. The store is so clean and nice. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The smoothies are awesome I highly recommend eating here
