Arthur was super helpful treated me like I was his only customer. Military friendly, he welcomed me home. Got set up properly and educated me how to use my new phone. Thank you I will keep coming here as long as Arthur is here :)

Had a gal named Kim who assisted me.
She was new only there for 2 weeks. It didn't matter cause she did a great and professional job..I was kinda stuck what I wanted, so as soon as other customers entered she excesses herself and help all who came in, which I did not mind at all. As I could see all were pleased 😀

I probably could have done most of this online, but I initially wanted to visit my local store to “shop local.” Didn’t realize how many advantages there would be. I left the store with my new phone and watch with all my information transferred to the new devices. The ability to have a pleasant customer service experience almost disappeared during the fakedemic but it never left this store. Thanks!

Heather went above and beyond to help me out when my phone flew across the floor and shattered. When my new phone came in the following day Kyle was able to retrieve all of my contact information. These two wonderful people made an unpleasant experience turn into a great one!
