I was recommended this company by my bridal shop. I purchased my dress a couple of years ago when the pandemic had started and the wedding just kept getting held back. Now that I’m finally getting married in may of next year, I opened up my dress and found that it had yellowed (this is what I get for storing it in the guest room where it gets hot in the summer). I called elegance preserved and they picked up my dress for free, gave me an estimate of the cost a couple days later (they won’t touch your dress without your permission by you approving the estimate) and personally delivered it back to me. The whole process was quick, simple and smooth and I have to say I’m actually impressed at how neatly the dress was presented back to me. It came back neatly packaged in a box with a protective linen covering over the box. Now it’s so easy to store too. They even included museum gloves so I don’t mess it up again.

The thought of cleaning and preserving your wedding gown can be daunting — where to even begin?! Elegance Preserved is a super convenient and trustworthy service that’s a great relief. You don’t have to worry about another place on your post-wedding list to drive to or another thing to look for in the mail because they come over to your place to pick up and then drop off your gown.

I purchased (and altered) my Maggie Sotero gown at Janene’s Bridal in Alameda and at the end of the process, they recommended Elegance Preserved for $100 off gown cleaning and preservation. The service is all throughout the Bay Area (and parts of Southern California)! I knew I wanted my gown cleaned and also realized it made sense to preserve since I wasn’t sure what I’ll do with my gown yet in the future.

While time is of the essence when sending your gown in for any cleaning/preserving, I thankfully had no issues sending mine in a few weeks after my wedding date. My wedding ceremony was outdoors so my hem naturally had some dirt on it but nothing too major and the cost was the lowest they offer which was great to see!

My gown was fitted, ivory-colored and with a classic, romantic vibe with some subtle shimmery lacing and beading around the chest and hips but otherwise smooth and silky feeling. While it’s not among the most extravagant of gown budgets or designs, I felt that it would be worth preserving the one-of-a-kind memories within this dress for such a special day to have as a keepsake. After all, chances are this is the most amount of money you or a loved one has spent on a dress ever!

I also appreciated that they made sure to return both my original hanger and garment bag/cover upon completion of the process and my gown was delivered in a professional box placed inside a zippered cloth bag.

Overall, an easy, smooth experience and with results that I’m looking forward to lasting a lifetime.

I really enjoyed my experienced with Elegance Preserved. I got my dress from Janene's Bridal and they recommended Elegance Preserved. After my wedding, I had my dress hanging on the back of my closet door for months, trying to figure out the best thing to do with it. I finally reached out to Elegance Preserved and they were wonderful. They were very clear about the different services they offered, and the process for getting a quote. The whole process was so easy, and now my dress is safe and preserved for whatever I might want it for in the future.

I found my gown in 2019, and I had no idea that we would have such a journey in the years to follow. I met the Tori gown by Casablanca at Wine Country Bride Boutique in Santa Rosa (I cannot recommend the shop enough). As a previous bridal consultant, I had worked with the ladies that own the shop now and wouldn’t trust anyone else to do a better job. She was the very first gown picked and tried on. If only the rest of it were so easy.

We all know what happened in 2020, and every bride handled it differently. For me, we decided to make lemonade out of lemons - and my wine country dress became a backyard wedding dress for better or worse. It was also during that backyard wedding that we announced to our immediate family that we were expecting our son. It was nothing like I imagined, but so much more.

We did still have our wine country wedding in 2021, though we hadn’t previously imagined we would have our three month old son on the guest list back when we started planning our wedding in 2019. (Nor did I ever think I’d have pictures of me breastfeeding a baby in my wedding gown, but that’s just how the wedding cake crumbles).

When it comes down to it, this dress gave me so much more than I had planned for it. And, when all was said and done, I wanted to do what I could to protect it (and the memories) for the years to come. Not to mention it’s also massive and I had no good storage solutions for it in our small condo.

I did some googling and came across Elegance preserved. I had fully prepared myself to have to lug my massive ballgown to another dry cleaner, but when I read about their pick up and drop off procedures, after a couple of years of difficult decisions I found myself making an incredibly easy one. Sending my dress to be cleaned and preserved after all we had been through was a no brainer, and the team at Elegance preserved made it so convenient and easy. And I am eternally grateful for an easy conclusion to my wild wedding ride.

Just do it. Get your dress cleaned and preserved. It’s worth it. Trust me, and trust Elegance preserved to be that final step. I’m so glad I did.

I bought my wedding dress second hand, so between the previous bride's use and my outdoor wedding in Oregon, the dress needed a good clean. It is full of lace detailing, decorated with sequins, pearls, and glitter, so it is no small job. They did an amazing job on all 5 layers and cathedral-style train, it looks unused. I also had it preserved and feel that that was done very well as well. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. It took about 2 months, including shipping from me in southern Oregon to their shop, and they made it as simple as possible. Thank you!

I bought my dress at Janene’s Bridal in Alameda. The experience was so easy and not stressful whatsoever. I knew what I wanted when I walked in. The associate ended up pulling 6 dresses for me. The last dress she picked was the one I ended up saying Yes! too and I almost didn’t try it on. The associate was so knowledgeable and knew my vision so I was able to modify a few things on the dress to get to my perfect vision!

After my wedding, I knew I wanted to keep my dress without a question. My venue was outdoors so the bottom was a bit dirty and needed some attention. I found Elegance Preserved through Janenes Bridal - they came highly recommended! I was skeptical at first because you never know what the outcome will be for something so special, but all of my expectations were exceeded. From the start, their team has been so helpful, knowledgeable and caring! They made things so easy for me - pickup and delivery at my home with no commitment necessary to even look at my dress. After say yes to their preservation, they gave me an ETA on delivery and even finished a few days early. My dress was delivered in a beautiful box, wrapped in a linen secured sheet. I cannot recommend this company more! If you are looking to keep your dress for a lifetime, look no further!

I bought my dress (Soterro & Midgley Stella 5SS114LU) & veil (Marionat Bridal Veil 3515) at a sample sale (Elegant Lace Bridal in San Jose) in 2019 for a summer 2020 wedding. I found Elegance Preserved through my wedding planner!

Then, COVID hit and we weren't sure if we were going to postpone our wedding. Ultimately, we decided to follow through with our ceremony but I forgot that I needed to get my dress and veil cleaned. Less than a month before our wedding I reached out to Elegance Preserved and Sean guaranteed that my attire would be ready! Because of shelter-in-place, they offered free pick up/return services. Olivia was AWESOME and friendly and coordinating with her was super easy.

After the wedding, my attire and my husband's tux (Daniel George) were cleaned by them also! Since I bought my dress at Elegant Lace Bridal, Elegance Preserved also gave a $50 credit for cleaning and another $50 credit for preserving. I opted not to have my dress preserved, so that I can do a photoshoot in the future but they still gave me credit for my second cleaning.

Both times, our attire was ready even earlier than their estimated completion date. I also received email updates throughout the process. Our clothes were DIRTY and they really made everything look and smell new. Everything stayed in perfect condition. I highly recommend them!!

First of all, very happy with how well my dressed was treated and cleaned as well as the seamless service throughout the entire process.
My dress was from Neta Dover’s FINESSE collection. It took me a dedication of entire month to find my dreaming dress, and finally found the piece from Bridal Breeze on Union St. Lovely lovely design but i guess a bit challenging to be cleaned because of its fabric which is a mix of silk and polyester. also there is a bow and pearls on the waistline. But EP pulled it off perfectly!

So found EP by the recommendation from the bridal breeze. I believe the shop where one gets their wedding dress from knows the best which cleaning service does the best job.

I really enjoyed the experience and service from Elegance Preserved. My dress was from designer Rebecca Ingram (design: Mercy). It had a combination of delicate lace and Swarovski crystals over the top of an illusion neckline and an a-line skirt made of 5 layers of soft tulle and chiffon. I purchased it from a boutique called Bridal Closet in Utah. I found EP after all of the wedding festivities finished when I was searching for a place back home in the Bay Area that would take great care in preserving my gown. Fortunately, I did not have many stains on my gown, it basically needed to be cleaned and preserved properly. I researched a handful of other local dry cleaner websites but did not find their expertise to be up to par for my needs. For me, EP had a convenient drop-off/pick up location in San Mateo that was open on weekends. Their staff, esp. Olivia, was so professional and knowledgeable. They made sure to communicate with me regularly throughout the process. I just got my gown back the other day and I'm very happy to now recommend others to their services.

I had my bridal gown cleaned and preserved and I couldn't be happier. Elegance Preserved made the process very simple and even picked up my dress from my house! All I had to do was taken photos and upload them to their website and they did the rest. I actually ripped my Elegance of Australia dress during my wedding and had dirt stains from our outdoor venue. Elegance Preserved reach out with total cost after they accessed the damage and sent an email when it was ready. Olivia was so friendly during pick-up/drop-off and gave an ETA throughout the morning so I knew when to expect her. Overall, super happy with how my dress was cleaned/preserved and their communication throughout.

I purchased my Martina Liana 1078 dress from Elegance Lace Bridal in San Jose. I knew that I was investing in my dress and that investment would carry throughout my wedding and after. I found Elegance Preserved at the recommendation from a friend who used the service. I was very impressed by the thoroughness and communication used and how seamless of a process it was from pick up to drop off. I am 100% happy with the service and appreciate knowing that my dress and veil were handled with such care that will last for many decades!

I recently received my dress back from Elegance Preserved. It got cleaned and preserved. I have a glittery and tulle dress that is hi-low from David's Bridal and I had an outdoor wedding. There was quite a bit of dirt and pine needles in the bottom of the dress due to trekking in the forest, but I found Elegance Preserved through online searching and they were quick to put my eases aside for cleaning my dress.
They responded very fast and made it easy to come pick up the dress from me. They were also great at working on finding a drop-off date with me since the holidays tend to make days less available for me.
I greatly appreciated that they would come to the house to grab the dress and drop it off and their new protocols for COVID adaptations seem to work very well!
Knowing my dress was very glittery, I was totally prepared to have most of the glitter gone from it, but to my surprise, and delight, a lot of the glitter still remained on the dress!
The dress is as amazing as to when I first got it nearly two years ago! Plus, the box I received it in fits perfectly underneath the bed which helps me with storing the dress immensely.

I found Elegance Preserved through Google and through recommendation from BoLee Bridal, where I purchased my Pronovias dress. I was looking for a place that specializes in wedding dress cleaning and is willing to insure the full value of the dress (which shows their confidence in what they do!). I'm really glad that I chose Elegance Preserved. Their service was great from start to finish! The dress came back perfect, and the price was reasonable. I especially want to thank Olivia and team for taking extra care when delivering my dress on a heavy rainy day. They made sure the dress won't get wet by having two plastic bags protecting the dress, one outside the regular muslin bag and one inside! Definitely recommend them!

I bought a beautiful used gown from Emerald Gowns I. Berkeley but wanted to get it dry cleaned. I searched for a long time trying to find someone local to clean my dress. Elegance Preserved came to my house to pickup my dress and delivered it back to me so quickly! The dress looks perfect. It is a complicated dress with multiples layers of different fabric and lots of design and bead work and they did a wonderful job with it!

Elegance Preserved was recommended to me by Janene's Bridal Boutique in Alameda, where I purchased my Haley Paige Safyr Gown. I loved the ease of scheduling, the cleaning options available, and the customer service. Communication was fantastic, they picked up and dropped off my dress at my home, and were quick to respond with any questions I had. On top of that, the dress came back to me sparkling clean! I purchased my dress, a beautiful gown by Allure Couture, at Janene’s Bridal Boutique. I saw many gown preservation kits online, but I didn’t feel like I could completely trust them with such a special (and pricey) dress. My dress featured many layers, different materials, beaded appliqués, and a long train, and I felt the most comfortable with the expertise at Elegance Preserved to professionally clean and preserve my gown. Even better, Janene’s Bridal provided a $100 discount to use for their services.

The process was very easy. I submitted a form online with my information, had my dress picked up at my home (a convenient service since their physical location is closed because of the pandemic), and received a quote for services. If you want, you can schedule a FaceTime call to view your dress after services are completed. I received my dress back via home delivery a little less than three months later.

My gown was packaged securely in a box with many layers of acid-free tissue paper. The box came with a muslin cover for storage. Gloves were provided inside the box. It was easier than I thought to examine parts of the dress without completely taking it out of the box. The dress smelled nice, and the dirt I noticed on it before was gone.

I loved my whole experience with Elegance Preserved! I was lucky to get married right before shelter in place and with everything being so chaotic after the wedding, I kind of forgot about the dress. About two months later, I realized I never tried to find a way to clean it and I didn't know where to turn since everything was shut down. Luckily, a coworker mentioned Elegance Preserved because they did home pickup. I contacted them and they were very helpful during the process. They were able to pick up my dress from my mom's house in San Francisco and deliver it to my condo in Daly City. Olivia was very kind and never tried to up-sell- although I did end up deciding to preserve the dress. :) Best decision. The extra COVID-19 measures made everything very easy on my end and took away a lot of the stress surrounding how to pick it up. I purchased my dress from Trudys because it was a good quality at a reasonable price. I would say Elegance Preserved is the same for handling a wedding dress' upkeep. Good quality and a reasonable price.

I was recommended Elegance Preserved by the boutique I purchased my dress from. I bought my Alison Webb Rose gown from Bride and Bustle in Los Gatos CA. I emailed Elegance Preserved the next day after my wedding and they scheduled a pickup for my dress for the next weekend. My mother in law met Olivia to give her my dress and had nothing but great things to say. They were incredibly thorough with their communication and what I was to expect out of my dress preservation. I opted to have mine “museum preserved” because I knew I was moving soon. Kind of out-of-sight-out-of-mind for a couple months when they called me to charge my card with the final deposit. We scheduled a drop off, and Olivia was professional as ever and gave me great direction on how to store my boxed up dress. I’m so grateful for the pick up drop off implementation they have for the pandemic shut down. I live in Cupertino and not having to make a trip to the city was HUGE for me. It was the easiest process ever. I 100% recommend them to anyone who has gotten married during this weird time.
