Beautiful store and a lot of authentic items from Japan (especially Studio Ghibli)! Henry was super sweet and I really enjoyed talking to him! Definitely would recommend checking out his store!

Took a trip to Boston and walked around and explored a bit on the last day and found this awesome shop! Was looking for a gift for my sister and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable even though my anime knowledge is lacking. Thank you so much! She loved the One Piece pin :)

Very cool shop with knowledgeable and extremely accommodating staff. If there is not something on the sales floor ask a member and they’ll gladly try to find an item for you.

Nice selection of Studio Ghibli, Pokémon, Kirby, Mario and popular animes. There is also a cool vibe to the store with the old episodes of Pokémon on the tvs, ghibli films and nostalgic music playing.

Staff is so helpful and really went above and beyond! Owner took notice to the series I was looking at and was kind enough to take out the entire bin of merchandise from that series that they had yet to put out. Whenever I visit Boston, this is one of the first places I visit and that will never change. They always have a great selection of merchandise from a bunch of different series and while sometimes the pricing is a bit expensive, i would say the customer service makes it worth it!

This place is AWESOME! We are in town from South Carolina and had to stop by this place. Let me tell you when I say I am so impressed it's a understatement. The store has everything and is such a unique, well organized and put together store. Then to top it off the staff is top notch. They went above and beyond without hesitantion to take good care of us. We will be back next time we are in town. Thanks again!

Leaving my first review ever just to let people know how absolutely awesome this place is! Cane in with my friends after visiting uniqlo and muji and discovered my new favorite spot in boston!!! Figures keychains posters basically any fan collectible you could ask for from an anime series they got it. Employee Tyler even brought out some cool gudetama stuff for me from the back 😵 never hurts to ask! thank you and I'll be back soon:D

The staff here was so friendly! Pricing was a touch much, but I would gladly pay what I did because of the atmosphere. Well lit, plenty of product, super helpful staff and clean. You can tell the staff take pride in their store. Beautiful. I can not wait to go back!

Joe grabbed the Okkotsu cup from the case with such speed and precision you would think its their cursed technique. An impressive ability for sure.

This is a great place to shop with great selection of various anime franchises and a variety of merchandise. The staff are amazing and I feel welcomed each time I am here. 100% worth stopping here if you are in Boston.

Even if you don't buy anything you will enjoy exploring everything in the store. Lots of Totoro items. Has keychains, figures, plush toys, snacks, posters, and etc.

Went there during no tax day! I bought a Xiangling keychain from Genshin and wish I bought another thing too. I loved all the cute stuff they had though so I would definitely go again!

It was my birthday and they gave me a ton of extra goodies. The staff even sang Happy Birthday to me! They all sang in different keys but I guess its the thought that counts. Thank you Anime Zakka!

This is my one stop shop for anime fixtures in the Boston area. Anime fans who live in or around Boston like myself have it made here. There are TVs that play anime and different types of merch from plushies to acrylics to figures. They also have snacks like Pocky and Hi-Chew for the Japanese snack enthusiasts that come here. Though the things they carry are a little too pricey, just walking into the store and browsing what they have is a treat on its own. I cannot imagine my life without this place. It has done me well to satisfy my anime cravings when I'm not in an anime convention.

I always enjoy coming here because it’s the only place where I can find good quality and authentic figures. Staff are super friendly and always willing to assist with whatever you need, making it a comfortable environment to shop in. The vibes in here are 10/10, anime is always playing on one of the background tv’s. Been coming to anime zakka since it’s location back in Harvard and have never had an unpleasant experience since. Definitely my go-to place for any anime related items. Including my favorite purchases from there in the pictures. :)

Amazing shop! Was looking for some One Piece merch for my brother and Despena helped me find the perfect shirt. Will definitely return when I come back to Boston.
