My daughter was so excited getting her birthday bear, and she was even more excited thanks to the people working there, nice experience for all of us.

Great staff awesome product

We were exploring the area and stopped by this Build A Bear located near Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. My baby is turning one so I decided to build him a bear for a dollar! I added a birthday shirt for about $7.50. The birthday bear special is a great marketing tool; bears can be filled for children based on their birthday/age; prices reflect their age. The customer service was great; they were helpful and showed me what to do. I got to press the foot pedal to stuff the bear; it was noisy so they warn you first, both my children were impressed. Overall, it's a great thing to do for the kids!
